I have had to go to the post office quite a bit for everything from passports to mailing different types of packages, and the employees there have always been pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The ones who currently work there are always juggling many things during the day and they hustle. I think the post office gets a bad rap more for some of its policies than the employees themselves. The employees don't get to choose the policies or rates though, and they've always been nice when I go there. If you're getting a passport, remember to get there a couple hours before they open - the written list fills up fast with lots of applicants!

I had an appointment today to get my daughters passport paperwork submitted. We were called in to the office about 12 minutes after our appointment time, and we were processed in about 5 minutes and on our way home. Reading the prior reviews, we were a little nervous, but it was a great experience. Pro tip/common sense - complete your paperwork before you arrive! Thanks Lesley!

Everyone here has been so nice and helpful. I know the staff by name and realistically, I normally never expect much at any post office, but after my experience at other places.. this post office is A+. Other than the long lines during busy hours, I’m usually always happy with the service.

Actually I really thought that this place deserves a better rating. I’m out of town and First time experience here to mail my package. The clerk(16) was smiling, friendly and funny. Clerk Jason even noticed and corrected the wrong zip code. As the process was taking place so was friendly chit chat. I would definitely recommend this post office. Wait time was about 6 minutes and 2 lines which may need to be more defined. One was for mailing packages and another was for pickup.

The workers are over worked and desperately need help. They do the best they can and do a great job with it. Keep your chin up yall. You've got this!

Great place if you don't have to stand in line. Use automatic kosk at entrydoor! If you have to go to counter, take lunch and water. Never go in month before Christmas.!! Ever! Can get most things done at BelAir store. Much shorter line.

I know it’s not everyone’s place but it’s has never been a problem for me and my mom so I think it’s just according to everyone’s opinion towards it but I never had any problems towards the post office other than that find it A okay

I walked in right before closing and was given so much attention and help with shipping my international package. Matt and Kia went beyond what was required of them. Thanks guys! I hope this helps the rating go up.

They have always gave very good service.
They always get me in and out very quickly.

The people working here,has to have nerves of steal. They ave alot of patience, they have to. Everyone is different. Service is very good here..
