Let's start with the front desk. Amazing. Polite helpful and friendly.
The location is great to catch an Angel's or Ducks game. Both safe walks from hotel. Great food options within walking distance. Only complaint would be the nasty, thin pull out couch bed. Definitely in need of some new ones. Like sleeping on spring filled stained cardboard. Rest if the hotel is great.

Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and comfortable. A lot to do around the area with many food options. Overall, a great place to stay.

Awesome to walk to and from an Angel game. Great service, nice place. An affordable Uber lor Lyft to Disneystuff.

Had a 2 room suite, wish we could have had 2 bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast was actually hot selections not just the usual continental breakfast. Nice variety and the attendant for this area was pleasant and kept up with the influx well.

There was a laundromat onsite but the cost was $4 each load whether it was wash or dryer.

Outdoor pool was heated and they offered a hot tub.

We stay 13 days at this hotel. During that time, there were two baseball games towards the end of our stay, this was not the purpose of our visit, which cause a little of an inconvenience for traveling during the beginning and the end of the game. But since the hotel is in a very good location with access to all major highways and connecting roads, it was not an issue finding alternative routes to get where we needed to be at.

The rooms can use some updating, but they are clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Good selection for the complimentary breakfast. The person that took care of our room also washed the few dishes we were going to wash when we got back! I was not expecting that at all. Reasonably priced and only a few minutes to Disneyland. On anther note, if you have to do a load of laundry, the dryer completely dried a large load of laundry in one cycle! I was oddly impressed by that. Would stay there again for sure.

Awesome stay!! The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Easy check-in process. The room was clean and the hotel was pretty quiet. We had the 2 bedroom suit with a kitchen and it was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was great. The kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again! Loved Disneyland!!

Great hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was professionally helpful and efficient. They really surprised me when they made the hide a bed and put my daughter's stuffed animals on the pillows for her. I was also pleasantly surprised when they did the dished we had left when we rushed out the door to go to Disneyland. Easy 5 stars and I wish I could give at least one more.

Absolutely love this property and their staff. Joy At the front desk greeted me right when she saw me. My room was just right from the a/c set on and a night light, on for my late arrival. Room was well maintained. Awesome breakfast! Will definitely be back and recommend this property.

The room was very nice. The hotel is walking distance to the Anaheim Angels and numerous restaurants. Continental breakfast was excellent both days. Last but not least, "Joy" must be the best front desk person we've ever dealt with. She was extremely friendly and helpful.

Was in town for the Monster Jam show that was at the Angel Stadium. This hotel's location was great for the area. We were easily able to walk to the stadium from the hotel. Also, we were able to walk to the Anaheim train station in about 20 minutes.

The moment we walked through the front doors it was an extremely pleasant experience. The front desk 'rockstar', as they like to be called :), that was on duty when we checked in was amazing. I really appreciated her service. I wish I knew her name so I can give her shout out but she was on the evening shift Saturday, Feb 9.

The room was clean and comfy. The bed was extremely comfortable where my wife woke up the next morning complementing it.

Overall, the experience was great and absolutely recommended this location.

Great place to stay for a Disney adventure. The pool was the perfect temperature and the free breakfast is actually really full blown with waffles, pancakes, eggs, juices etc. We stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms and a nice kitchen. Only downside was that the bathroom door wouldn't lock.

Very comfy and quiet! I got great sleep. My family and I got the double suite and having two rooms allowed for privacy for all. Good breakfast. Shuttle to Disney was convenient at a small price.

My family and I felt welcomed by the staff and enjoyed our time at this hotel. We also appreciated the upgrade and found the rooms in exceptional condition. The hotel was clean, refreshing, comfortable, and it felt like home. We look forward to our next trip to Disney and/or Angel's game; and especially our stay at the Town Place Suites Anaheim Maingate. Our room was very clean and very quiet. Its a close walk to a few places to eat and right down the street from the Honda center. They have a good selection of snacks if you're just looking to stay in for the night. We enjoyed the fact that they have a grilling station and supplies if you plan on grilling.

Checking in was absolutely delightful, the room was clean, breakfast was great, and we were able to easily get blankets upon request. The room was clean and spacious. Definitely 5 stars!

Great! And it's near the L.A. Angels stadium. You can walk there in 15 mins! They have a convenient pantry with drinks and snacks at the front desk (for a fee but not expensive) and a small kitchen in the rooms with a full sized fridge. There is a heated pool and jacuzzi but I didn't get a chance to try them. If in the area I would definitely stay with them again. I should mention the room was very clean and nothing was stained. Nice modern furniture and no smells in the room. This was a great stay.

Stayed here for three nights with family. The staff were very helpful especially front desk staff Breanna and Jenna. We celebrated my brother in law and nephews birthday and they even surprised us with balloons! Hotel us very accommodating, clean, and breakfast is good! Even the maid was helpful and assured we had everything we needed. Definitely wI'll come back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, room was clean, and the restroom was clean except for the tub, which needed a thorough scrubbing. The restroom door didn't have a lock. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. We were not able to connect to the internet even with the help of the front desk staff.
