Displaced newcomer to Cool, not used to anyone else cutting my hair for 10+ years. The salon was great over the phone, friendly and welcoming in the shop, and after a few questions, Cher made me a very happy camper! Expert work, quick, and I look fabulous again. The difference between service and hospitality is you expect the services. And Cher’s perform. Hospitality is how someone makes you feel and Cher’s made me feel great! Right at home.
