Really nice ulta great customer service. We all know it is Holiday season. It was a little busy then the usual but all of my questions were answered. I even got great help matching my skin and looking specific items was easy with their help. As my shopping experience continued they came to ask me for follow up questions. The staff really listened to my questions concerns about my skin and I couldn’t be more happy with results and recommendations that they gave me. It was the best ulta experience I have ever had.

Krissy did my hair and it turned out perfect. I highly recommend her.

I came in one day needing help. It's hard to match your own skin color, so I was super needy and asked for help. I'm used to people pretending to help me by trying to upsell me on more expensive products. I understand that in retail, that is your job, so I don't get upset.

However, the girl who helped me did her due diligence by showing me the brands and items that are good quality but also high price points. She then proceeded to show me products that were more in my price range and even checked back stock for an item that would best suit my skintone. 10/10 I, unfortunately, lost my receipt, or I'd give her name.

I live in Auburn (which has an Ulta) but I frequently make the drive to come to this location instead. The staff is way more friendly & helpful ... You feel like you're visiting friends! I also get my facials done here, Shari is the best & also has a medical background ... She explains things thoroughly & answers any questions. The store is always clean and comfortable to shop in. They have a big selection of products. You also see a lot of the store managers here, it is nice to see everyone involved. Happy employees make for happy customers!

I went in for Mermaid Sparkles. They were all sold out, again! Otherwise, the store may have received a 5 star rating. Now, we will never know. 😁🐚 Okay, really a 5 star shopping experience thanks to the variety of stock available and personable service from staff. 😊

ELF got'a face lift

My favorite Ulta store. I live all the way in Orangevale and travel here just because i love this one so much. I also only come here because Valerie is here and does my hair and she does absolutely amazing every time and she's super sweet. I would highly recommend Valerie for any hair needs.

Great customer service and I wasn't followed around like I've experienced at the location in Citrus Heights

Not as packed as most ULTA and great location. There is a Target there as well as good places to eat. The inside is well stocked and obviously well informed staff on their products. The only thing is it's not such an easy access to get to but that's why it's not so packed. like! 👍

newer Ulta store has easy parking.I used to prefer the Ulta in Birdcage but they have stopped carrying many of my items to make room for different brands. Rocklin staff was helpful and had my product in stock (Lorac).

Great store! Great people! Great products! Great prices! Lots of parking area! What more can anyone ask for!!!

Take a drive to Ulta Beauty in Rocklin!

After having several awful experiences at the horrible ULTA near the galleria mall. I decided NOT to return to ULTA. However, I needed to return some items that I received via the mail. From the moment I walked in the Rocklin store, I was greeted with the warmest and most pleasant smile by Stacy. She processed my return and introduced me to a new line of quality cosmetics. She was extremely patient, not in a rush. Stacy made my shopping experience an extremely pleasant one. I will most definitely be returning to this ULTA. If you haven't experienced having Stacy as your personal beauty consultant, you are in for a treat. She was excellent, she represents ULTA in a very good light.

At my first visit my color was off,I noticed it immediately the following day after it was done,I spoke with a supervisor and they corrected the color and it was exactly what I wanted!Thank you for the great service,I will be returning!!😊

Very clean! everything is always in stock and its got great employees that are always available and will help you find exactly what you're looking for. I love this store!

Brook helped me at the Ulta today. She was extremely helpful and introduced me to a new line of makeup. Customer service was top notch!

The friendliest and most helpful staff compared to Roseville Ulta. The layout is nicer and the parking is much better at this location as well.
