Every compounding pharmacy in my area was closed. I called OC Compounding Pharmacy and was told they weren’t accepting new patients due to the pandemic. I was calling around looking for phenobarbital for my dogs seizures and Tom the pharmacist was the only one that took the time to explain the medication to me. Greatly appreciative ove his honesty and clarity.

Is this Pharmacy still open? Come to this Pharmacy, the door is closed, call the number, no one pick up the phone.

Worst service possible. They NEVER answer their phones. Goes to voicemail. They take their time returning calls. I called twice to fill a prescription. Left voicemail as no one answered EVER….No response back, called again 2 days later, to voicemail, no return call. Called again 4 days after leaving prescription…voicemail…left a very angry message, sent them email too about this….got a call back right away. Wow isn’t that strange…..Tom the pharmacist argues and has a very challenging personality…..and is so arrogant, for goodness sakes he needs lessons in customer service…..no P R skills….he argued I was in the wrong duhhhhh……I’ve never encountered this type of response ……so I slammed the phone on his arguing and inability to listen to me……and I will take my business to another compounding pharmacy that knows how to deal with customers, answers their phones and are at least civil to the client. They are in a office building with a locked door so….well.

Drove here from Trabuco Canyon and arrived at 11AM, supposedly their opening time according to google. Door was locked. I knocked. No answer. Called left message..no response. Called for operating hours says the open at 8:30? What a waste of time and $4 gas.
