J'Adore Café

J’Adore is magical ✨ The secret wine garden in the back of the cafe is cozy and gorgeous. Sitting under the long branches of the beautiful tree, with the twinkle lights, relaxing French music, and chatting with the friendly resturant owner while we ordered was such a unique experience.

The menu has a wide variety and is tasty. The staff is very friendly– it feels like you’re coming to their backyard for dinner with friends. Great for dinner. Can’t wait to come back for breakfast.

Do you remember that scene in It’s Complicated when Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin sneak into her bakery and make Pain Au Chocolat? They bite into them and you can almost taste them through the screen? Well, my friends, now you can experience it IRL. This right here, is the BEST croissant I’ve ever had and I’ve been to Paris three times! Minus one star “service” for the touch screen ordering. Much love J’Dore!

I got the biarritz (chicken sandwich with pesto on baguette) and it was divine. Strawberry chocolate neutella crepe was good too. The ambiance was great! Owner is French which adds to the authenticity. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. The backyard garden terrace area was so charming and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back!

This is my go to place in town! Food, service and the vibe are top notch. They recently elevated their game even more with the new pizza and wine nights Wed-Sun. The Trestles Pizza could be the best I've had in my life, the hand made dough from scratch is super delicious! Daniel and his team are always making sure they create a customer first environment.

Stumbled upon this charming café during our stay in San Clemente! The ambiance was quaint was delightful. The coffee tasted great and breakfast was delicious! The bakery smelled of fresh croissants and pastries! Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

I totally love this cafe! We enjoyed the pretty arts of small gardening using teapots.
Also everyone who works there is so sweet.

Today was my first of what will be many visits to J’Adore Cafe. Just finished an amazing bowl of pumpkin coconut soup and latte. The soup must have been made from scratch because there was small chunks of pumpkin (which I adore) still in the blended soup. He left the cheese off the top to satisfy my plant based breakfast request. The coffee was smooth and delicious. Looking forward to my next visit 😊

J'Adore is a new addition to San Clemente! We are very excited about their sandwiches, especially Le Classique! The taste is authentic and reminds us of our trips to Monaco and Spain!

Particularly like the fact that the restroom mirror says ‘le vie est belle’! We had le classique sandwich and the chicken pesto crepe and such and it was delish. The 2 pastries, cinnamon roll and secret knot were amazing!!

I want to keep this wonderful concept a secret so we can avoid lines at the counter, but the work that the owners/managers have put into creating such high beverage and food quality must be commended and shared. This will be your favorite place after the first bite and sip.

Great coffee with a little secret..Secret garden! You can drink your coffee and munch on your pastries in the shade of the trees and bushes in the garden and some of them have flowers too

Charming garden deck seating in the back. Healthy and tasty place for lunch or breakfast. Fresh ingredients. Leto Dañad and Avocado toast in the picture. Both were great

Such a cute cafe tucked away in San Clemente. The avocado toast with prosciutto was so fresh and filling. The latte and freshly squeezed orange juice was great.

It’s not only the best coffee shop in town, the secret garden is an experience! The atmosphere is delightful, service is amazing and food, well, you need to go and check yourself. Thank me later :)

I love how this place has vegan options. The ratatouille toast with vegan cream cheese was so yummy and I loved the iced matcha. !!!:)

Fantastic coffee and small bite restaurant! Locally owned and operated, they have fantastic small menu with sandwiches and pastries. Steph has always been fantastic, although I've noticed they have a lot of turnover. Great seating out front, and even better in the garden outback.

Food:
I was born and raised in France, and I was really missing the amazing food there. This cafe brings a very good replica of what you'll find in Paris, especially concerning the baguette sandwiches and pastries. I definitely recommend the Biarritz sandwich because I tried it, but the other dishes looked also wonderful.
Ambiance:
The decorations is typical of a French bakery; the little tables with a coffee cup really replicates the street of Paris. The hidden garden behind the restaurant is definitely the best part; it has cute little decorations with enough sun and shade to make it comfortable.
Value:
Expect to spend around $16 per person for really high quality sandwiches and salads.

Delicious! I loved their cozy toast with pumpkin tumeric hummus. They have a cute secret garden in the back where you can sit as well.
