I am a frequent shopper here and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I was shocked to see bad reviews. This is my go-to when I need a feel good outfit or even everyday clothes. Sexy yet classy.

I’ve only ever ordered online, and order somewhat frequently. Shipping is always super speedy, and reliable, and returns are simple and easy. I have bought a bunch of unique pants, sets, tops, and more from here, and cannot get enough!

Amazing customer service! I’ve been waiting for the Harley Tee Dress to be available online (no luck). I messaged the Instagram account and spoke to Raha. She was a gem! Told me to contact the store directly. I live in NY. I didn’t think the store in Cali would even consider shipping to me. I called the store and spoke to Monica. Monica was seriously the cutest sweetest person. She was texting me pictures of the dresses. Hands down best shopping experience I’ve ever had. Thank you ladies!!

I love the style of the clothing, but the sizing needs to be more realistic. A large is like a size small or medium, and doesn’t favor curvy girls. I wear a medium or a large, and certain larges don’t even fit me at all. Mind you, I know I have a curvy body, with thicker legs and a bigger bottom but a large looks so tiny compared to other stores. Sizing I know isn’t true to size. Also the return policy is extremely difficult. I returned 3 items on 1/31/24, and the same day it was retuned to the store. I waited over a week, and I called twice last week about my return. I was told to contact customer service, which I did. I was told when you return items, it takes 7-10 business days to process the refund. Which is ridiculous, because why did my returned items get returned in the same day, but I can’t get a refund until 7-10 days after? As soon as I called again, last Thursday 2/8/24.
I got my full refund on 2/9/24. The return process needs to be efficient and honest.

Being that there are so many boutiques these days you would think in an over saturated market you would focus on standing out and taking care of your customers. Fashion trend, brim2sole, quin I mean there’s so many other boutiques out there that sell the exact same items at a lower price. All sourced from the same manufacturer… so why would anyone support a business where employees make you feel unwelcome? Do better ladies… you work retail.

Leaving this review in hopes that the store/franchise owner will see this and make necessary adjustments. I love shopping here and love the clothing, but the employees are incredibly unfriendly and often rude. On one occasion, I walked up to 2 employees with a question….they were in the middle of a conversation about something unrelated to the store. They noticed me walk up, ignored me in that moment, and continued their conversation. I stood there awkwardly for a while until I felt I had to interrupt just so I could be helped.

The way the employees engage with each other vs. how they engage with their customers is like night and day. They will smile and laugh with one another, but their tone and attitude will immediately shift when talking to us. It’s blatantly rude and disappointing.

I would shop here more if the girls were nicer. I hope whoever is in charge of this specific location will make some positive changes that will benefit the store and the customers.

This review is for the managers/ owners. I love this store and have enjoyed shopping here for years because the fashion, trends, and finds are affordable and accessible. However, it has to be noted that the staff is hurting the company. I came into Laguna Niguel store and the young girl working the front took my items to the dressing room. When I asked her if she could grab something off the mannequin for me she said "yeah okay," before I could finish and then never did. I've never felt so "over looked," in a place until I come here. Granted the few girls that actually care about the well being of the business can't be there all the time. It's a shame all the employees don't cary the same customer service standards.

If you need something cute to purchase, shop here, but if you need help from the workers, I suggest limiting your expectations. They often don't care to help or just don't when you ask.

If I could give a negative I would! This was the worst place I have ever wandered into! At first the girl seemed nice, and I had picked out 2 shirts. Although most of it was not my style it was fairly priced and higher quality.

But when I happened to touch her sacred "not for sale yet I'm working on those" rack.. OMG! What a change! She became almost hostile. She said they weren't for sale yet and that they put out a new shipment every Wednesday. She said that with hostility and acted like a mother hen protecting her chicks! It was SOOO weird!

I hadn't yet decided on the two shirts and the change in her demeanor shook me a little. And then she says, without ever asking if I wanted to buy them. "I can put those shirts back for you."

So. Of course, if she wants the shirts back so bad, I just let her have them and vowed never to step foot into that unpleasant strangely negative energy again.

STARK contrast to the otherwise wonderful day I had at my favorite skin care place, then the awesome lady at the UPS Store, and so many cool people I had the pleasure of working with today. That was just a Twilight Zone Shocker. Never ever again.

Staff is very unfriendly, not professional at all. I would buy more products if the vibe was nice and welcoming. I will never shop here again. Especially, when there’s way better quality elsewhere in California.

Came in today (Friday 3/11 around 1:15p) the girls who work in there just say hi and keep talking with each other about clubs and other people I was the only person in there other than them and all I got was a hi and bye. Terrible customer service!!!

Horrible customer service. Returned an item and never received a refund. No email response either.

Be prepared to wait FOREVER for your order. I ordered last Tuesday and it Monday and my order still has not shipped yet.
