I can’t say enough good things about the entire team here. I had an increase in dosage on one of my medicines that insurance kept denying. I had been fighting for 5 months and getting by on samples every week from my Neurologist. I switched from CVS to here for all my meds, explained the situation, and Superman stepped in. I had a partner calling the insurance everyday and finally got a 5 month battle I had been fighting by myself won in a week. Without going into detail, this medicine changed my life and I think I’d still be fighting with the HMO. Thanks guys for all that you do. Incredibly grateful and a customer for life 🙏🏻

One of the nicest and friendliest pharmacies you can possibly go to. I've been twice to pick up different prescriptions and each time they have been so warm and kind. Not something I would expect from a pharmacy. Johnathan, Lee, and Billy are very warm and will make you want to get more prescriptions just to come back. Johnathan especially is probably the nicest person across the counter you could meet.

John has always been so helpful for getting me my medications at the lowest price possible! He shows me kindness I haven’t experienced ever since moving out to California. I am so grateful to be a part of this pharmacy, rather than CVS(:

The staff Billy, Jonathan, and Leo are so nice, helpful, and attentive. I really felt taken care of, unlike at more corporate pharmacies where customers are merely a transaction. The Halloween decorations are a hoot and a half, too! We are so lucky to have this place here. :-)

These guys, especially, Jonathan, are the best! They helped me get a really expensive medication I needed covered by my insurance because they are kind, knowledgeable, and really go out of their way to help their customers. I don’t even live particularly close to the pharmacy, but I drive there for all my medications because they are so helpful and have such great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Best customer service. Always treated like a family member. I recently had my doctor send my prescription to Laguna Beach Pharmacy. When I called to check if received, and when I could pick up, the technician Johnathan said they hadn't received yet and were not able to fill one of the ingredients. He said when it came thru, they would forward to CVS to fill for me. They were so good. Not only did they follow thru and forward my script , but phoned right back to update me and see if there was anything else I might need.

These guys hands down rock massively! They are always on their game, extremely kind, and always down to shoot the breeze with you! Cannot highly recommend more! My family got covid, and Jonathan and the guys totally assisted with covid tests and patience with my prescriptions! This is one of the best pharmacies I've ever been to!

Jonathan, Leo, and Billy are the dream team! I was visiting Laguna and needed a prescription transferred ASAP from Ventura County and went into a mini panic. I called them up and they got it done in 10 minutes. They were all so kind, efficient, and funny. If you’re not using Laguna Beach Pharmacy you’re doing it wrong! Shop small independently owned businesses! CVS/Rite Aid etc would have taken all day!

I just recently relocated from Ohio back to Laguna Beach I have been under the care of one Doctor for 23 yrs. Who I would see once a month I was concerned my prescriptions would not be able to transferred or filled due to all the state laws. With the help of Jonathan from Laguna Beach Pharmacy he instructed me exactly what I would need to do to prevent any disruptions on my medications and personally walked me to Cadicus urgent care next door to ensure I would not panic or get lost in the medical laws and regulations that are now so impossible to get around even when a patient has legitimate diagnosis
Due to work I am staying in Los Angeles at the moment Because of Jonathan’s help knowledge and care I drive to Laguna Beach pharmacy for ALL my prescriptions now no matter what the case or reason is that I need a prescription. He is a winner all around and any employer should know his worth and he should be compensated for the loyalty customers have to him
