In my experience over several years, Silver Jeans has been a very reliable company . I have ordered many jeans from them and have been very pleased with the customer service when there has been any problem with my order. Recently, one order did not arrive. FedEx said they had delivered it but the confirmation photo shown by Fed Ex did not match my front door. I easily got hold of a customer service rep for Silver by the phone number listed on the website , and she quickly re- placed my order. It arrived the next day.

Customer Service is very helpful if you need it and that is much appreciated. I LOVE Silver Jeans and have purchased them for years. Very good quality.

When I had a delivery issue (not Silver's fault), they were very helpful, efficient and accommodating. I only buy Silver Jeans...they fit and look great, wear well and they're a Canadian company!

I wear jeans a lot. I’m particular about the fit and I don’t follow trends. I used to buy my jeans for a long time from ***’s. But I got tired of not being able to get an inseam longer than 32”. Then I found Silver Jean Co with all lengths of inseams, lots of fits, and plenty of waist sizes. These jeans are a quality weight and extremely well made! Shipping was really fast too. No need to return to ***’s! Well done Silver Jeans!!

I have been looking for jeans for the last 7 years and has always been bootlegger, but they never had the ones that fit me the best so i went straight to the company had i known wld have done along time ago, fast awsome service , great returns.. I had made an order and it somehow got cancelled and when I called to ask about it the girl was super friendly and I didn’t have to wait on hold for long at all. She even gave me a coupon to use to make my order again.

I ordered six pairs of pants on December 17, 2023. They were shipped FedEx two-day delivery, and they got stuck in Memphis. This went on for several days. When I contacted Silver Jeans customer service, I was told the holidays had slowed things down. Two weeks went by with no communication, and the FedEx site still showed "Delay" in Memphis. On January 2, 2024 I received an email from Silver Jeans that FedEx had in fact lost my package. They were refunding me for two pairs that are no longer available, and re-shipping me the remaining four. FedEx seems to be the culprit here, but I would have liked more accurate and timely communication from Silver Jeans.

Still waiting since 11/11 for a return label and still not received one for later Tues low rise because they are not straight leg but no boot cut Yuck have 2 pair of your Tues low cut straight tight leg jeans from last year and love them these last 2 shipments are not what I have had or want I need a return label for the last 2 orders by Tuesday 11/21
