Excellent store. USPS with no wait while the other post offices have long lines. Very helpful staff.

I've recently switched to The Druggist in Laguna Niguel, and I must say, it's been a beacon of HOPE in my ongoing health journey.

My primary care doctor Davis highly recommended Nihar. Nihar, the store's owner and chief pharmacist, is a testament to the heart and soul of this establishment. The other pharmacist and staff are also so kind, friendly, customer and patient-oriented.

Their full-service approach, coupled with the unique offerings of a compounding pharmacy, shows a lot of dedication to personalized health solutions. The range of home health care products, from wheelchairs to walkers, speaks to their commitment to patient mobility and independence. What's more, the convenience of a USPS contract station and the charm of their cards and gifts selection add to the warmth of each visit.

I am beyond grateful to have found such a patient-first pharmacy that goes above and beyond to ensure patients needs are met. However, with that said, I understand we are facing exceptionally challenging times where there are many drug shortages. I don't want to turn this into a political post lol, but I will say, I have come to realize and fully understand that it is not the pharmacies fault if certain medications are on back order. I appreciate the pharmacists doing the best they can under the current circumstances.

I do find it a little stressful that I have to call each month to make sure a particular medicine is filled on time. I don’t understand why it doesn’t auto fill on the fill date. aside from that I am grateful for this pharmacy.

The only compounding pharmacy in our area. Polite, organized, helpful. They just moved to a new location. Really nice staff.

My family has used the Druggist Pharmacy for about 25 years. Nihar and his staff, Brian, Sophie, and everyone there are so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I love the small, family feel. I wouldn't go anywhere else as long as they are around. Also, they have a USPS post office on site. Super convenient!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! In the age of huge chain drug stores that are owned by publicly traded companies, it’s good to know there’s a pharmacist that still cares about his customers. They’re a Family-owned business that has been in business for 50+ years and has all the answers. It’s no wonder I keep hearing so many good things about them from my neighbors. The greatest hidden little drugstore. I am not able to get another prescription anywhere else. They carry what I need. So grateful for them.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for many years. This is truly a wonderful pharmacy. While the hours leave a bit to be desired, the small town feel and the customer service make it worth it. You will not get this type of customer service at most of the chain pharmacies.

Additionally, the owner, Nihar, is an absolutely wonderful pharmacist. Always personable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his customers are well-served. Nihar also appears to have the respect and admiration of the staff, which to me speaks volumes about his morals and how much he values and appreciates his employees.

The employees at the Druggist are wonderful and give great personal service. From working with doctors offices to get prescriptions renewed, to remembering my name and face. Most of the time the have my prescriptions ready for me when I get to the counter - I don't even have to give them my name. They offer real personal service that you just don't receive elsewhere.
And they have a great greeting card section.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have fun, unique items in the store so it's always a treat to wander the aisles. Wonderful, small-town feel so I prefer it to the big-bag pharmacies.

Very friendly! Huge selection! I was there at a supposedly peak, busy time, but there were enough employees working so I didn't have to wait. One walked me to exactly what I was looking for. The small-town feel, with the vast, variety of supplies and equipment, makes it my go-to pharmacy that I highly recommend!

I don't usually post reviews on the Internet, however my experience last night with The Druggist pharmacy was nothing short of amazing.

Due to a set of circumstances I had no control over I explained to one of the employees who works behind the pharmacy counter, and who knows me, I had to ask for my newly called in prescription to be transferred to another pharmacy that was open later. I was ill and could not afford to wait and get the antibiotic the next day.

Much to my amazement she asked where I lived and volunteered to drop the meds by my house on her way home from work!!!!!! I had to blink, had I just been transported via a time machine back to the 50's and was Dr. Welby my doctor?

No, he was not my doctor and this is 2015 and sure enough the meds were delivered as promised. I have only been their customer since April 2014 and only for non-mail order meds but this neighborhood pharmacy clearly values their customers and provides service above and far beyond what we would even dream of expecting in the 21st century.

So, for those of us who live near The Druggist, let's support them to ensure they are always there. Their limited hours are a small price to pay for the exceptional quality of service which, by the way, includes NO WAITING IN LONG LINES, EVER, and prescription ALWAYS ready.

The people here make you feel important and view you as a person not as a walking cash symbol. I really liked the personal attention and care specifically from Theresa; she is a major asset for this place.

This is what Pharmacies used to be like. It's so basic to say but if you want to feel listened to and understood by a pharmacist you will be so glad you went here.

The best they really care

Every employee in this place is amazing. I love the family feel of this place. They are helpful and answer all questions. Bonus there is USPS inside!

By far the best pharmacy experience. Although I'm just comparing to CVS and Rite Aid, it's the company culture that I respect.
