Residence Inn by Marriott Tustin Orange County

My friend had to come here because the apt above her had overfilled their tub which damaged her apartment as well and I came from out of town to stay with her for 10 days. And let me tell you I CANNOT say enough to how amazing this place is. The staff, the rooms, the breakfast every morning was above and beyond Amazing. 👊👊

Room was great. Front desk was friendly. Room service... never saw them over our 6 day stay. Not once did they come into the room. Our trash piled up and on the last day we used the final piece of toilet paper. That was disappointing. Other than no room cleaning it was a nice place to stay.

Residence inn is our favorite hotel and never lets us down anywhere we have booked. Rooms are like an apartment regardless which one you book. Real breakfast in the morning and excellent service!

I checked in late, but the front desk clerk all had big, happy smiles on them. And we're so kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite And the room was very clean.
I got a nice gift bag with snacks and water And was able to enjoy the very comfortable bedding and pillows.

This was very convenient to get to the multiple places. I had to visit in Orange County.

I stayed here before for vacation a while ago. Really liked it. Back in town for another vacation. Booked for another 4 days. Front desk people really nice. Good location. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were nice. Will stay here again if I am in this area. Definitely recommend.

Great hiring of staff, so great management! It's something is off they do their very best fix it always.
A little breakfast for free in the morning, not much to speak of but at least you can get your fill on different things. I don't believe the eggs or meat of any kind is real so eat at your own risk but they have tons of cereals and sometimes you can make your own waffles, oatmeal hot, lots of toppings for things and salsas and drinks and coffee.

The staff has been wonderful, very friendly, accommodating & welcoming! Great place to relax for a few days before our cruise! Facilities are beautifully clean & fun for the family with the pool, hot tub & basketball court. Great job to the team in Tustin!

We stayed here four nights for our wedding weekend in October. Our wedding guest list stayed here about 38 people. We actually changed hotels to this one and it’s sister property on the same lot from a different hotel chain because these Marriott properties were so nice. Our rooms were so clean and nice and big. Perfect for our wedding activities as well was the large patio area by the pool so we could all gather during free time. It was nice having a couple lunch spots nearby. Front desk was so nice. Parking was easy but it is paid parking.
I didn’t try breakfast as I cooked in the room but guests said it was nice. The grounds were nice as well and we wanted a nice hotel since all our guests traveled. We chose to all
Book individually versus as a wedding block as corporate didn’t help much in making a decent rate or in explaining details of penalty if rooms were not booked so we stayed and got pretty much what they were offering me. That was corporate though so nothing to do with the local front desk. Again, they were awesome.
I was right beside the elevator didn’t hear any noise. As prior reviews said, wifi isn’t great and neither is cell service.
The AC was awesome in the daytime but I woke up every night in the middle of the night so hot and couldn’t sleep for hours after because the AC just cuts off at night. It just must be a energy saver thing but as far as negatives that is the only one. Not the best sleep for that stay. Bed was very nice though.

Very close to John Wayne airport. The extended stay rooms were very nice and well equipped. There is currently construction as they are remodeling areas of the hotel, but this did not disrupt my study. Some rooms have very noisy fans which may help your sleep or hurt it. Front desk very friendly. Update, construction finished.

Fantastic great front desk staff helpful friendly will stay here again. Full size fridge freezer be better with a 4 burner stove but the 2 worked

I would absolutely come back here. The staff is very nice and so professional. The suit we got, had a stocked kitchenette (stove,sink, microwave,fridge/freezer, dishwasher. The shower was so clean and pretty. Beds were comfy and clean. Had its own mini living room / office desk. Since I was on the first floor. My patio led straight out to the pool and basketball access. They also have a communal fire pit on premises. Loved my stay

Appreciated the front desk service - our room wasn't available due to our very early arrival and hotel staff allowed us to have breakfast and relax for a bit before heading out for the day. This allowed us to regroup after a long flight. Love the basketball court and that the laundry room is close to the fire pit area (able to wait for the cycle to finish while relaxing next to a fire on a cool night). Starbucks next door. Not a lot of variety with breakfast, but nice enough spread to get your through your morning. Room (2 Queen beds) was large enough for our family of four. Sink was outside of toilet/shower area which helped us all get ready at the same time. Lots of parking.

Clean, places to eat within walking distance, more parking than many hotels offer, close to freeway (yet do not hear freeway) and friendly staff. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so.

On a recent stay, we called ahead letting the hotel know that we would not be checking in the night we paid for, instead would arrive the following morning (well before check out time).

When we arrived, there was miscommunication and our room was no longer available. Special thank you to Cammie (spelling?) as she helped find us a room. Thanks to her, we were still able to get some rest after our long drive early (before sunrise) that morning. Awesome job Cammie!

Our four person stay in the two queen bed room was fantastic! The room was more like a two bedroom suite, as it had ample space for the two beds, a large shower, a nice small TV area with couch seating for four, and a nice sized kitchen (no dishwasher or stove but had a breakfast bar and a full size refrigerator w/ freezer). I would certainly consider this place for our next visit, it was such a great value find! Oh, and all of the personnel we interacted with were very professional and helpful, especially the lady serving the free breakfast because she let us stay 15 minutes after it had ended. Thanks again! PS - going to try and remember to stay in room 324 again :)

Very spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms. Although I didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen, knowing they have a nice kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you need, is a plus.

I had to evacuate during the Silverado wild fire. They were friendly & didn't charge me a pet fee for my stay. The grounds, lobby and hotel in general was clean. My room was cleaned very well by the staff. I highly recommend staying here. I would stay here again just for fun as well. There is a Starbucks, subway and flame broiler in the same parking lot. Very convenient

Love residence inns especially because I travel for work with my Yorkie for 5-10 days sometimes. Very spacious, clean, friendly. Water pressure great, AC cold, bed and pillows comfortable. Little store downstairs

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago when my daughter was playing at the PGF softball tournament, and it was a great place to stay. Open and inviting entrance and dining area, huge wheelchair accessible room that opened onto the pool area, and it was fairly close to food and shopping areas. And if you want to cook your own food, that's easily done, with a decent size kitchen area.

As for wheelchair accessibility, again, the place was great! Auto-opening front doors, lots of space between dining and pool area tables, and the rooms were large, with unobstructed access in the kitchen, dining, and bathroom areas.

I absolutely love this Marriott. The property is in a very comfortable, not-so-busy location in Orange County. First, I want to stay that entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. I can't speak highly enough of Genesis! She really is a standout and has a bright future with the company. I've stayed at this Marriott several times and Genesis has been outstandingly helpful whenever I needed anything. Most recently I was in the lobby late one night struggling to print an urgent document that I needed off my computer for the next morning. She was able to print it for me rather easily. I can easily see her moving on to a 5-star luxury hotel or moving up to hotel manager someday. I really hope this location never loses her, because she's made my stays over the years so pleasurable.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for a party of 5 with the pull out couch. The breakfast buffet was a nice touched as it made it easy for us to get going in the mornings. We will definitely return when we visit again.
