I just love Loreta, what a helpful sales person! I prefer to go here rather than CVS, its a friendly local store. Bushards is great for gifts. They have a wonderful selection of perfume too.

The staff is always friendly and if you come in regularly they greet you by name. They have I'll go to gre at t lengths to serve their customers. This is my favorite small business in Laguna.

Staff was helpful but nobody can expect there is a pharmacy. There are all hats and bags at the shop entrance then some conventional stuff and medicines.

I attempted to have a prescription for Ivermectin filled at this pharmacy. They refused to fill it. Their reason was that it was not FDA approved for COVID. According to the FDA it is up to my doctors discretion to prescribe off label use for Ivermectin. Ivermectin has been used by humans for almost 50 years and is over the counter in almost every country except the US. The FDA admitted that doctors can prescribe Ivermectin off label. This pharmacist is practicing medicine without a license by refusing to fill a valid prescription from a California licensed physician. This is not a safe place to have prescriptions filled as this pharmacist oversteps his licensing and obviously thinks he is a medical doctor. He is not.

Craig should get fired immediately I've been coming here for years and he treats a repeat customer horrible. Do not come here because of Crag. He should be fired. You lost a long time customer because of Craig and I bet you will lose many more horrible cutomer service
