Employee Christine went above and beyond to help me order my brothers 501 jeans as they didn't have his size. Great personality, friendly , cheerful and approachable. She deserves a raise!!!

Went in earlier today to find some gifts, perfume, makeup, some clothes, nothing too crazy. It started off kinda rough though, Macayla seemed grumpy and rather short with me. Wasn’t the ideal employee service I was hoping to get walking in and asking questions. Luckily, I started to talk with Sophie and she helped me out great! Take notes everyone, that’s the customer service I like to see. Definitely will be back!!

Ordered online and picked up. I tried the "curbside" service, but no one was coming out and it kept saying they were "delayed". So I walked in to pick my items up instead. It was dead quiet. I'm assuming they not only didn't have any customers but not enough staff. The good news is, I was helped immediately in-store with fast and friendly service.

The employee annalize and jewelry was awesome! She was so helpful and she only worked on weekends but she's a great employee made my trip very pleasant.

The store was clean, displays attractive, and prices reasonable. Store clerk ignored me standing there waiting to be checked out although she did make eye contact with me. I had to ask her if we can start the checkout process; I'm not happy about that.

Had to rush to do some errands for my brother’s wedding and they had everything I needed plus some.

Emmett helped me out and he’s a more laid back style of help. (Super cool with me, cause I’m a Southern Californian)

I visited the Sephora in the women's department and wasn't disappointed in the slightest. The girl that helped me out was very knowledgeable, I walked in looking for concealer and walked out with a new makeup routine. She didn't push any sales on me, but definitely helped me figure out ways I could improve my routine fast and simple.

Great, I called ahead for to make sure they had the color Stafford Pocket men's tees I wanted, they are hard to find. Excellent Customer service, thank you Tom & Steven. I love Grass Valley, new to the area

A little diamond in the hills.. We were there for a funeral and my luggage had not arrived so I needed an outfit..It was 15 minutes from closing..The staff, the sweetest ladies you could ever find !! Helped my find an outfit and settle my nerves a bit..They were very kind and understanding about my problem..and even insisted I take a deep breath and just relax..I went back they next day to thank them..and they were so sweet..they had been keeping us in their prayers..Thank you!! You really made a very hard time much easier..

I was never a Penney's shopper until a couple of years ago. It is now my go-to first store. Excellent customer service, good prices and nice customers.

The staff there was delightful..and came to work early to allow us to shop for back to school clothes for children of need!

I love the Clarence rack Kristy Greco help desk with what ever we needed colors size in stock she had all the answers , she was awesome. We had a great time shopping it was fun and we save so much money.

The lady who checked us out was amazing.She should be one ma ager and get a raise. She helped us in the kids section but her normal job site is the women's section

JC Pennies is like a staple around here. Not many places to shop. This day I was the only person in line. So, that's always a good day shopping.
