They were very helpful when the numbers got transposed on my mailer for 2 separate packages. Although it would seem likely it was me that made that error from 2 separate companies, it was the companies that transposed 2 numbers and thus my packages had to be held a the post office. Very helpful responding to my note that I never requested the packages be held at the Post Office, which may have been the default for it to say “customer requested it be held,” because the mail person did not know me, because I rent a space in a house, as I’m a traveling professional .

The local gal was Very courteous and responsive to my online complaint through USPS. I only wish I had had a local number rather than the 1800 number, in order to reach them directly.

Lesson: Its not always the post office’s fault and sometimes we or the shipper make errors in not having the proper address on the package or letter.

I went into the Grass Valley PO today to pick up mail that we held for many weeks. While I was waiting, I witnessed friendly, prompt service to many customers. The staff was respectful and efficient. Excellent customer service!!

I'm sure they see me coming, but I always have unusual questions and Jack helps me with confidence and professionalism. My last trip included, among other things, a package being shipped to Canada. I have tons of stamps, so I asked if I could cover postage with them. He was happy to oblige and affixed stamps all over the little box top and sides. Everyone found this very comical, and I appreciated him taking the time.

Two stars for not delivering a package and having to come pick it up but five stars for when I walked into the post office they saw I had an orange pick up slip and right away took me to the front of the line and helped me with my package. At first I believed all the other reviews but after going inside these guys were awesome. Super nice and helpful.

How to pick up a package and I went online to get the address, and saw all the negative reviews. To be honest I was cringing at the thought of going in. I have to say my experience was great, the guy who helped me it was so nice and incredibly accommodating. I ended up having a few extra packages there so it took a little extra time and he was more than happy to help me.
