SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lancaster Palmdale

My whole team and I were in Lancaster for a project. Long, tiring days were the norm but we all agreed on one thing - Anthony was such a great host that we all felt motivated to write a positive review. What a gem this hotel found in Anthony - unflappable, friendly, helpful and observant. The service is what made this otherwise unremarkable hotel really pleasant for us.

I had an issue with my booking via Marriott Bonvoy but the staff and manager of the property were very accomodating.

I was happy with the quality of the rooms - clean and comfortable. My wife was pleased with the breakfast spread.

For the price point, they offer great value and I would be happy to stay again.

While traveling I always look for a SpringHill Suites first. This location didn't disappoint. The room had a great layout and was clean and cozy. The complimentary breakfast was very good, I loved the oatmeal. If there was one negative, a very minor one, it was that the coffee was 🤢. Both days I was there it was pretty tasteless.

Perfect area,,,not in the middle of the metro area,,,, but easy to get around San Antonio downtown,,,,, lots of restaurants in the area,,,very clean, safe,and hospitable hosts,,, bed so comfy, pillows were perfect!!!!

Alex at the front desk is awesome! Breakfast was delicious! Checkout is noon, always a plus.

I recommend all my family an friends in all community to stay in the Springhill suites by Marriott hotel in Lancaster CA it's the best hotel I'm was staying in another hotel but Springhill it is the best hotel in Lancaster price coworkers they feel us an family it's comfortable excellent clean elegant excellent customer service I love 💕😘 thank you Springhill hotel thank u I'm an my family we are so comfortable 😘💕💯👍

Great service at the front desk. I left a camera in my room and to my surprise it was held and given back to me. Very trustworthy staff. It was not a cheap camera either. Thank you again Lancaster /Palmdale staff both afternoon / evening and morning as well.

Judy and Anthony are amazing! They go above and beyond to make you feel like this is your home away from home. This has become our number 1, home away from home hotel. Rooms are always clean! Food is okay. We come here mainly because the service was unforgettable, each and every time.

Great hotel at a great price! Clean facilities. They accommodate Huge groups and never complain about kids having Fun! Centrally located for softball tournaments! Definitely will stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The staff, the room, the food, the entire experience was delightful! We checked in late and there were no issues. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Springhill Suites!! We will be recommending you in the future!

Rooms were very clean and pretty spacious! Had the king room with the sitting area with a twin bed. Beds were comfortable, room had a mini fridge and a microwave which is very convenient. The morning free breakfast is great, scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, toast, waffles and much more!! Great Hotel with lots of great amenities!

I truly enjoyed my stay! The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was really good! The rooms are very accommodating and enjoyable! The TV was great and there was a lot of space to relax in the room. I am so thankful that we stayed here!

Our family members have stayed here multiple times. Always friendly and helpful staff. They try to book our rooms close together. Rooms always clean and comfortable.Very good buffet breakfast. Very nice pool and gym. Free parking. W/C Accessible.

Hotel is excellent. I highly recommend it to travelers. Very nice staff who follow up on questions I ask. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. A/C in room works great. No complaints.

Stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago on memorial weekend. Very nice front desk lady. Had plenty of snacks and drinks including wine to pick from up front. Maids were smiling and said good morning. Furthermore I forgot my iPad and I was contacted soon after check out. I was already headed out if town so the manager went out of her way to drop it off at a mail place nearby after her shift on the next business day! Total life saver. Thanks to her, the maids who turned it in, and everybody involved in getting it back to me! I would definitely stay here again!
