TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lancaster

This is our second time staying at this location. Check in was easy. Jesus was the one who checked us in and was very polite and helpful. We retuned that evening after our day with family and Jesus welcomed us back. He was so helpful and friendly and gave us some plastic spoons (one of my sons prefers plastic spoons over the metal ones in the room). We chatted for a bit and he offered to turn the fireplace and TV on in the lobby. We enjoyed the warm fireplace and watched a show as family in the lobby before going to bed.

In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Plenty of variety and warm coffee and cold juice. Plenty of bagels and breakfast sandwiches along with yogurt and. Hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and fixings, cereals and milks and gluten free muffins.

The room is spacious and has a nice size kitchen and fridge. Stocked with pans and bowls and plates and silverware and utensils and a toaster. There also is a dishwasher but we didn’t need it.

Overall we love this hotel. We will stay again when we return.

Awesome Marriott property centrally located in Antelope Valley close by to the 14. Property is newer, rooms were clean with a small useable kitchen, and breakfast was great. Plus Sarah was great and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable!

Its your boy again here with another review..these rooms are pretty dope..have a nice size fridge and cooking area so you can save some money and not spend so much..its across from this bomb Japanese restaurant..and it's cheap..I saw a few ppl out in the front drinking and having a good time so if you come with a group the party don't have to stop..
The best part is my bug..the reason I make this trip..been loving this beautiful woman for 20 years now..thats a long time to have have eyes for that one person..I love you bug..you are my person..

We had a great experience! The front counter representatives Shawn and Bryce showed my family and I exceptional customer care. We were visiting while a family member was in the ICU and they were attentive and helpful. Their positive attitude, kindness, and professional was exactly what we needed. The property is clean, the pool is nice and warm, the lobby sitting area is great (especially if you have people meeting you there), the laundry was clean and had plenty of machines, we didn't get to use it but the BBQ area was a nice amenity, and of course the hot breakfast was the Chery on top! Strongly recommend this property for families, business travelers, or if you are making a quick visit to town. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at this hotel. It felt very safe and is perfectly located in town. We the room was clean, the work desk was nice, and the kitchenette made it feel extremely homey. The front desk help was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have business or family in the area.

Conveniently located near the 14 Higjway. There is a nice Sushi restaurant in the same parking lot. The rooms are nice some with a small kitchenette. Also the added breakfast is nice as well.

The staff is really seemingly genuinely pleased to see you. Lol.... I realize that sounds funny. But when you're greeted the convo isn't just small talk but what I encountered is folks just being real and not the typical hotel/motel bla bla bla. We were here for quite a few days though so we did get to know them.

Anyway, there is a pool that is small but does the job. Comfortable bedding. Bathrooms are spacious.

It's a safe bet staying here. Would stay anytime / everything of we had a need to

I was extremely pleased with my stay here. The staff was extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The suites are very well maintained, quiet, and very functional. A great place to stay for a business trip or overnighting on travel.

Also: should you enjoy a meal or drinks at Complexity Wine (which I strongly recommend!), be sure to tell them where you are staying ... they will give you a discount! It is just across the back parking lot, so a very short walk!

Wow wow wow! My family came from all over this past weekend for one of our family members funeral and we experienced such kindness. We weren't there for long but we got to know the staff on a personal level and they offered us things and we're so patient with my loud family. Shawn was amazing, kind, funny, helpful and even took some time to take a family picture for us, which is so huge for us. Clara welcomed us in the mornings, kind, listened to us talk, talked to us about her dogs and was so nice. Many more staff members were just this and more. This was such an amazing experience, especially in such a time of grief. The rooms were amazing and so comfortable. Keep up the awesome work!

Was able to deliver car to my brother and the ladies at the desk were very helpful...may have to book a stay there soon...

So I just love Shawn at the front desk she is the nicest person ever very respectful and professional she honestly deserves a raise or promotion to management position. I drove out her from Salt Lake City, Utah and am flying back in a week and I will definitely be staying here again. I told her that she needs to go to salt lake and teach them some customer service skills. She’s amazing and I will definitely give this place five stars, also it is very clean and comfortable.

We stayed here because we went to the racing school at Willow Springs. Fast Lane Racing School. They're great.

The room was very clean and they had plenty of snacks in the lobby. The room also came with basic silverware and had a fridge and a microwave.

Don't forget to fill out your order for breakfast at the front desk . You select the time and then you come back in the morning and pick it up from the desk.

I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Willow Springs.

The location is central to many things. The rooms are clean. The staff friendly and always willing to help (except one girl gave me wrong info with an attitude). Nice kitchen amenities. Sufficient FREE continental breakfast. I like the new way of providing bottled shampoo dispensing and huge blow dryer. The towels are softer than Stateline, NV hotels. Modern TV streaming. Parking is ok except when these workers with huge trucks stay here. They sometimes take up 2 spaces. The freeway close by to easily hop on and navigate thru city. Sometimes that brings a homeless thru trying to sell bottled water. If I was on vacation I would stay here.

Exceptional customer service from the entire staff so far. My apologies for not getting everyone's name but Brandon, Shawn, Manny, the rest of the staff including upper management although it was brief with both of the AM Melina and GM Michelle it was above my expectations. I'll be transitioning from Choice hotels to Marriott exclusively from now on. The quality and exceptional customer service that I've had in the past with all Marriott hotels has always exceeded my expectation plus the pricing isn't too far off from Choice hotels. They've also accommodated me and my family in a time that has been difficult my father just passed away and it's been had.

Couldn't find a hotel in our area and searched for a long time for a decent hotel, this place was 45 minutes off our roadtrip route but it was worth it! Super nice rooms!! Perfectly clean! (This coming from a clean freak!) There's a full kitchen and full size fridge, comfy beds and a nice bathroom. You can even request things like a blender for the kitchen, there's a list of things to choose from. Cute lobby, super cozy fireplace and hangout area at the front of the building. Did I mention the rooms are amazingly CLEAN? I'd give this 10 stars if I could

I have been staying in hotels for almost a year due to my work. I will have to say this about TownePlace. They have the cleanest rooms I have been in over a year. The staff was great and they really helped us out during our stay. The breakfast was ready in the morning when we headed out . I wish other Marriott hotels would see this and try to model after them.

Stayed at TownePlace 3 nights during a soccer tournament. Our King Suite was spacious for our family of four. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and services were great. We would stay again when we come back to the area.

Very nice suite, and very affordable. The kitchenette was very helpful for someone with dietary restrictions. Overall cleanliness was great, very clean and felt like newly remodeled.

Will definitely stay here again on my trips between California and Arizona.

I travel a lot for work and have stayed at my fair share of hotels over the past couple of months. Very recently I stayed at this hotel for three weeks. My stay began at the beginning of COVID-19 and weeks into the stay at home order and mandatory masks. The Manager, Michelle, and her staff did an absolutely incredible job at accommodating me throughout the entirety of my stay and through this pandemic. They provided better service during a national pandemic then most hotels did during a slow week. Other than the clean, quiet, rooms and great customer service from the staff the biggest take-away, A+, Gold Star thing they did was regarding the coffee and breakfast. During this pandemic food handling has become a major issue and a breakfast buffet was not going to be appropriate so the hotel provided me with a list of options the night before and had it ready to go every morning with a fresh cup of coffee. It was so incredibly appreciated and honestly speaking I preferred that option to the buffets I'm used to. Awesome service, awesome staff, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else when I visit Lancaster.

The room is wonderful. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants somewhere to stay that's really nice, good free breakfast and just about anything you might need there in the hotel. 5 star's for sure.
