Lindy Parke: Allstate Insurance

I’ve been with the Lindy Park Allstate office for about 10 years and I absolutely love them. This office is so informative and helpful. I have had questions before about different products or services and they have been quick to help me. The customer service is top notch! So kind and friendly all of the time . They are the best.

Appreciated how well and respectful I am always treated! Siria is exceptional at her work!! Very professional and have the best interest in the customer. I am well pleased how she handled my home warranty policy!

Since my first phone call to Linde Parks Insurance Agency I received personalized service. My insurance agent was very helpful and found the right package with better coverage then I had for a lower rate. They always remember me and try to find ways to help me out. Very personalized service. I definitely recommend them.

5/19/23 Lindy Parke (herself) is very unprofessional. You would think that she’s kind when you first get on the phone with her..no she is highly disrespectful, dishonest and mean. Find another Allstate agency that’s more professional than this office. I was with her for over 7 years straight no brakes. She lies, raises prices on premiums and will speak to you like you’re in a bar rather in a professional business establishment. Not a good business practice.

The response from Lindy Parker’s office is a lie. I did not try to resign up with this office nor will I ever. The way you spoke to my mother and I, I refuse to ever do business with someone like you more less give you my money. The response from you is exactly what I mean by lies. This is deceiving to the public. Your office will never receive a call from me ever again.

I was with All state with Lindy for a couple years and things were good till yesterday I tried to get a hold of Lindy to discuss my policy and Myra who works there kept me waiting from 9a-5p and never got back to me. As I called 15min to 5 she kept denying my calls or putting me on hold till they closed. I never got an answer and I switched my agency immediately after this treatment. I speak for myself when I say they give All state a horrible look and I don't recommend getting insurance here.

It was time to renew my insurance policy. Was surprised it jumped 40 dollars! I have a super clean driving record, so there was no excuse other than greed. Was w Allstate for 20 years. Until now. I am with Geico, and my insurance is 109 a month. Much better than the 140 at Allstate. So much for customer loyalty, as I have the same amount of loyalty toward them as they do me. ZERO.
