Homewood Suites by Hilton Lancaster

Everything was wonderful with the room and service of the staff. Peter was than just good. He was amazing and knows how to treat guest. This wasn't s vacation, work or a fun trip and the great service and kindness that Peter showed my wife and I helped us tremendously.

If the was a suggestion it something missing, the rings need USB ports and a safe in the room or bigger safes for the guest to use.

The front desk and management really went above and beyond to fix a small problem with my stay. Things happen, I get it… and they genuinely did an amazing job to address my concerns. That means a lot.

If you commute to Edwards AFB it’s the closest nice hotel and fifteen minutes closer than the hotels in Palmdale.

The buffet Chanel set up was so beautiful, clean, and she baked fresh cookies. And she was so sweet.thank you for this curtesy It was very sweet. Happy valentine

I thoroughly enjoyed the Wednesday Socials put on by Chanel. The different options available and her courteous spirit made each event worthwhile. Thank you very much.

*filled out to get a free pin of a fox, actually the rooms ac wouldn't turn off, TV didn't work, & at breakfast I saw a kid sneeze all over the breakfast bar. I'm staying at the Hampton next door next time.

We had a great time there! The room was clean, spacious, with all the amenities expected. We loved the full kitchen. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast buffet was very delicious. Great experience!

Working for Erickson Air-Crane we work at the airport frequently and sample different hotels in the area to find the best support. Here we have: Great building and excellent rooms. Front desk staff is sharp, courteous and accommodating. The room service never puts dishes away.. every single piece of cutlery and flatware is in the dishwasher every time. Coffee and cream refill has been frequently forgotten in-room. Breakfast staff is spotty.. one server doesn't like to put out the real flatware it seems so you are forced to use single use cheap Styrofoam and tacky plastic. I bring the crew here because of small details that make you feel at home.. like a real coffe cup, fork and plate. Seemingly not by chance, it is the same days that breakfast runs out of food with a small (5') wait to eat. This is a trend among other Homewood suites as well. I assume that breakfast staff is underappreciated or underpaid/motivated franchise-wide? The location is clean and feels cozy. Also, walking distance to food, entertainment, office max and a few other big box stores. A nice Italian restaurant and steakhouse stand-out. IMax and the baseball/softball field are very close. Again, front desk staff are top drawer and go out of their way to accommodate special requests. The outside pool and grill are lovely.

Liliana at the front desk was amazing. She handled all my needs to the tee. Highly recommended this hotel if you're visiting the area!!!

Very good location. Very clean location with everything you need close by. Breakfast service is exceptional. Clean and very large rooms. Staff was very attentive to your needs.

Ethan helped us move rooms when we noticed the slight smell of smoke in the suite. The customer service was exceptional. Ethan deserves a pay raise as every time he answered the phone he used courtesy in his words and tone; we felt appreciated and had an amazing stay. Thank You!

This was my fourth stay at this hotel. It is my only choice when coming to work at Edwards AFB. I love the location. Its near local grocery shopping and entertainment. The staff is always courteous snd professional. The breakfast provided has variety. The evening reception has an upbeat atmosphere. There is always fresh salad with all the fixings and a soup of the day.

Emergency and any other room requests we had. His attitude is infectious and is a true example of a stellar employee!

I’ve stayed at a wide variety of hotels all over and many Hilton properties and this is by far one of the best. The rooms are good, location ok, but where this hotel excels is with its customer service. Eddy helped me out and went above and beyond to really make my long stay here better and easier as well. The people that make and serve the food are extremely kind as well and it really is some top notch service that I haven’t even seen at a hotel charging 3 times the price.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff was pleasant and my room was clean. I love that there are icemakers in the freezer and a separate sleeping and living area.

Friendly, courteous, and professional staff!! Kudos to front desk, breakfast staff, and dinner staff!! Delicious food served every morning and evening!! They also serve complimentary wine and spirits in the evenings for those who drink. Spacious suites, adequately stocked kitchen (electric stovetop, microwave, full size fridge, dish/drink/silverware, pans/pots, coffe/tea "drip-style" maker, and toaster). Daily room cleaning provided as well, by friendly staff!

Our family enjoyed our stay for a week and would return in a heartbeat!! The hotel is next to a baseball stadium so be sure to inquire about the upcoming or current game season. Minutes away from the freeway (14 fwy), grocery shopping and restaurants, and 5 min. walking distance to a mega movie theater (Cinemark 21).

Highlights: Comfortable beds, spacious suite, wonderful staff, delicious food, and well equipped kitchen!! Great for families!!

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was so clean and the room was really spacious. The customer service was excellent. I will be back to stay and I can not wait to try the othe hotels by Hilton.

Stayed for one night, walked in and was immediately greeted with some free food and drinks at happy hour. Found 2 free water bottles in my room as well, which could have served as an apartment. The service was also very courteous.
