Great little dog park for both big dogs and small dogs. The big dog park has a large dirt area but it also has a grassy area too. The small dog park has both a mixture of grass and dirt. The grounds are well-kept and there's plenty of benches for the people to sit down. Always meet friendly puppies there and really nice people too

We had so much fun this morning with our two dogs. There's a short 1/3 mile path around the dog plus a kid playground and benches. Then there's the dog park towards the front of the park. There's two areas--the small dog area is all grass and has a small pool, and the all dog area is half grass and half dirt with another small pool. There's a few trees for shade too. There's a drinking station and poop bags and cans. We went early on Sunday and there were dozens of dogs and humans there but it didn't feel crowded at all. It was the first time I took my puppy to a dog park and it was a good experience for her because all the owners were responsible and attentive. We'll definitely be back again!

Huge park with a huge walking trail, barbeque areas and tables. Shady trees and a fairly new okay structure, a dog park with a fence is also on premises. However play structure gets very hot during summer months. Be careful. All in all one of the more cleaner and less ghetto parks around the antelope valley area.

I always have a great time coming to this park with my dogs. There are plenty of water bowls in the small dog area and I also enjoy walking the loop inside the park.

Nice park. Large dog area is so huge my dogs run like crazy. And we also walk them around the park too.

We love this park, nice walking loop, so many cute dogs and our boys love to climb the play structures! We found a painted rock in a tree! So fun and adorable!

The small dogs love it! Nice grassy area with doggy watering tower. Picnic tables and chairs for sitting. Friendly owners gather to watch dogs play.
Kids love the park and play area, too!! Plenty of open space! Well kept! Thank you City of Lancaster!! 😃

Great park. Clean. Playground is good size. The park it self is small compared to most average park size. But it in my opinion it's just right.

Lots of room. Very flat grassy area. Nice playground equipment. Restrooms open a reasonable amount of time. Dog areas divided for large and small dogs, fully furnished. Good shade.

DETAILED REVIEW: This park is smaller and newer than Sgt Owens Park. It has two fenced dog play areas that people in the area frequent. Throughout the park is a paved walking/running track that surrounds small trees and grass. The field is great for a small soccer game, playing catch or frisbee game. People enjoy roller skating and riding bikes along the paved walkway/track even though a sign says no bikes etc. That rule seems like it's meant to be broken.

The playground is fairly small and has wood chips, but it makes up for its size with pretty cool obstacles. Next to the playground is a small bathroom. There are multiple tables with benches toward the back if you are planning a picnic. A blanket on the grass works too. Just make sure you aren't under one of the pine trees. The small pines get everywhere.

Overall it is cleaner, more intimate, and less overwhelming than Owens Park. It can get windy but it's still our favorite park in the area.

Great lil place to bring the lil ones... I also liked how clean it was and not crowded with riff raff and stuff. For it being located in Lancaster, I was impressed....

It was a beautiful park and clean/family oriented. Only thing bad was the bathrooms were locked.

Nice doggie park. There are separate areas for small and large dogs. The playground is Great for the kiddos. There is a concrete walking path all the way around the park to get your steps in. The center is a huge grassy area for soccer practice, family football game, flying a kite, etc. Just watch or for the occasional "land mine" on the grass (it is a dog park after all).

Smaller park that is maintained pretty well. Has a play area, for kids small walking trail with a few benches with tables and bbq.'s. Two off leash dog park play areas one for large the other small dogs. Most are respectful of the rules which helps to keep the dogs able to enjoy the social experience. Sadly often drama between the pet owners. Restrooms are clean as well and some shaded areas in center of park to sot. Please parking with open desert across if you enjoy walking in the desert solo or with your 🐕 be cautious of snakes.

Great park for dogs! First time bringing my dog to a dog park and she loved it! They have enclosed areas for small dogs and big dogs. The enclosed areas have benches, chairs and water fountains for peoples and dogs! Also to park has a bunch of doggie bags incase you forget your own!
