Tried calling to ask a quote for a headliner in my car and he said “ well I’d have to see it” rudely and hung up didn’t give me any info if I have to book an appointment or come in whenever. Just horrible communication

I called to ask about fixing a cushion on my couch and whoever answered the phone said they don't make house calls and especially because of covid. He said I would have to bring it to him. I asked how do they do it then when most couches the cushions are now attached and he said 'well that's your problem not mine.' Nice.

I came to this shop to have my seat redone for my motorcycle, the owner quoted me an outrageous price. Also was extremely unprofessional. Using unnecessary language with my wife present. He's too booked, he doesn't need my business.
