Doing this review now instead of forgetting about it and doing it later lol I just wanna recognize Jamie! She is amazing and her job and gives excellent five-star customer service, even after my initial quote was done. She found a lower quote and I couldn’t say no. She stayed late after her shift to help me. She definitely goes above and beyond. I wish there was more people in the Insurance game that takes the time, patience, kindness, and good energy that she does. This woman definitely deserves a nice holiday bonus!!!!

If you live in the Lancaster area i strongly recommend this freeway insurance and specifically Jamie Dubois. I can’t stress this enough she went above and beyond helping me through the process of not only canceling my last auto insurance policy when she didn’t have to she could’ve just threw me under the bus and told me to call someone else but she did everything in her power to help me

(to put in context what happen with me i was looking to buy a used car from someone i knew. So i did the horrible mistake of buying an insurance policy for the car before getting the car then all of sudden the i knew guy sold the car so i was in position where not only do i not have the car but now i have a policy for a car that’s not even mine so i called everyone to cancel the policy just it felt like i was running in circles to even get the policy cancelled until i met jamie dubois she helped me in person to get the policy canceled and a refund she was the only person to actually help me before i was even her client!!!)
