Red Salmon Japanese Restaurant

This is an oasis in the desert, the food is fantastic, I had the baked scallop roll and the tiger roll with a shrimp tempura appetizer. It is always great to find places like this where u didn’t expect them to be, I would highly recommend this place for lunch and dinner.

An amazing little jewel of a resturant. The chef's choice Sashimi was delicious, both scallop and spicy scallop sushi were awesome and all of the tako tasted great. Very creative fresh, fried, and baked rolls and a nice atmosphere with talkative chefs! Try the Candy roll for a delicious fresh roll or the Rattlesnake for a fried bite with a crispy finish!

Celebrated my daughter's birthday 🎂 the food was amazing! The server was very nice and respectful. The atmosphere was good. I am not fond of fish, but tried scallops with shrimp and eel sauce for the time and it was an explosion of wonderful flavors. I highly recommend 👌

So it seems this place has come out of their funk and are back to doing their business well. Service was above expectation. Presentation and freshness of the sushi was really nice. Timely visit at 12 noon on a Friday. Easily recommend. Just be mindful of possible wait times. Red Salmon is the better spot vs. Sato Sushi so it does get busy, but at the same time can be worth the wait.

Food was delicious and fresh. The environment was welcoming and the staff is very friendly and attentive. In the picture we have Garlic Edamame, Dynamite Roll, Rattlesnake Roll, Lobster Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and Popcorn Lobster.

Quite good. My partner and I came here to celebrate our anniversary because I've been working nearby. We didn't expect much from sushi in Lancaster, so we were totally blown away by the quality. Everything was superb. And, to top it all off, when the check came we couldn't believe how affordable the meal was. Easily one of the best overall sushi bars we've ever been to.

Since then we've visited a few more times. The quality hasn't always been up to par with that first visit, but it's always satisfying.

More than 5 years ago, work colleagues had brought me here to celebrate a special day. She recommended me to order the grilled salmon collar bone. To my surprise, it was fresh, tasty and delicious! Who would have thought that a restaurant would serve a fish with bones in it. Aside from miso soup, shrimp tempura, salmon sashimi that has proved equally satisfying, the grilled collar bone salmon was cooked perfectly, not dry nor salty and it was really delicious! Something that I wouldn’t forget. And so every time I’d visit my friends in Lancaster, going to Red Salmon is a must for us. Mind you, up to this day, they still serve our favorite, the collarbone salmon and the quality and taste has never failed to please our palate. Delicious! Highly recommended. ♦♦♦♦♦

Delicious food, nice presentation, and excellent customer service. Truly grateful to the chefs and servers who made great efforts to make everything special. They paid attention to all our needs and made sure everything is going alright. Experience was very memorable and special for our child. THANK YOU!

Our favorite sushi chef made the move to Red Salmon and we had to try it out! We did a take out order this time. George is amazing, the sushi was delicious, good amount of sauce and flavor on each roll. My favorite is the Albacore delight. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Definitely one of the beat in the AV

I love Red Salmon. There are two sushi restaurants in Lancaster that I go to regularly, and this is one of them. My recommendations are the Lemon Salmon roll, the Red Dragon, and the 2 pc sushi (Ono, Yellowtail, Salmon). They are very responsive by phone, but wait times can be long (45 min). Still, takeout is easy!

Great for dates! Romantic atmosphere and delicious food! I order the Philadelphia roll every sushi place I go, this place nailed it. The low lighting and calm ambiance is very relaxing.

A restaurant that’s pushed to the top with its customer service. The food is good, about as good as you’ll get in the AV. The price is decent, especially for their lunch and dinner bento boxes, which don’t have many exclusions or time limits, as some places do. The restaurant is a little small for a standard restaurant, but it’s gigantic compared to some Japanese restaurants.

Had dinner with my mom recently (Aug. 2023) and it was fantastic. I’m no sushi snob but have dined at plenty of Japanese/sushi restaurants in my time. Definitely one of the best in the Antelope Valley. The service was excellent as well. Friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Love love love it , food always delicious. Many good choices, can't go wrong with any of there baked rolls. Solid portions, fair prices for great food.

Best service since the closure! Sushi was good, per usual, and everything we ordered was nicely prepared.

The food good, service was great, wait was 45 minutes for a Thursday but not something that's controllable so understand. One thing I didn't like was that some body dinned and dashed in other words didn't pay for their bill and the tip I left for the waitress/waiter was being used to pay for that scum that didn't pay. If the waiter/waitress is doing this to help another co worker I think is admirable but if they are being force to do so I think is messed up.

I really enjoyed my lunch. The Miso soup was excellent. The salad was large and delicious. The California Roll was a little small, but everything was good. The prices were very good. Under $20 for lunch.
