Absolutely love this place. So relaxing and the staff ensures you are taken care of. The food is amazing and the staff will work with you to ensure you get a glass of wine you will enjoy. The Tombstone Sliders are a must!!! The New Peaches and Cream is incredible.

What a nice, upscale place. It truly was a very nice surprise to find such a welcoming and beautiful spot. We went to the Complexity Wine Lounge for the first time for lunch to check it out for the first time. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by Dan, who was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our food, the wine he recommended and pretty much everything. The sliders are a definite must, as others have mentioned, as well as the lobster bisque. I will highly recommend the tiramisu as well ... I've had many, but this one is exceptional. The price range is steep, I won't lie, but it's a wonderful treat, at least for me, once in a while. I am certainly looking forward to attending an evening of live music, while enjoying the wonderful wine and food. I wish they would incorporate some sort of "Happy Hour", in order to make it a bit more affordable for some of us, even if it's just a couple of dollars off a select menu. I'd be going more often.

I wish I would’ve found this place sooner. Located across the street from Marriott Towne Place, this has to be one of the best restaurants in a 20 mile radius. They serve a fantastic lobster bisque and even better Wagyu sliders. I was honestly surprised by the quality of cheeses and meats available. If you’re staying nearby you owe it to yourself to check this place out.

This is a wonderful place. The food is top notch for sure. I've eaten most of the menu and rarely been even a little disappointed. Im not even a fan of wine but their sangria is amazing.

Visited Complexity for the first time tonight for dinner. I set a reservation online the night before for a Saturday evening.

We were immediately greeted by Dan after being seated. They have a large wine selection that Dan made simple with great suggestions. Our food came quickly, and every dish was excellent. The atmosphere was comfortable, and lively. It really is a great spot, and gem of Lancaster

Service was amazing. Food is great as well. The wine and champagne selection is amazing. If you enjoy ga grilled cheese, the honey butter grilled cheese is perfect. Not very kid friendly, but it is a wine lounge so I didn’t expect it to be. Also no changing table in the bathroom. But other than that I love it.

This is the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re somewhere else. Everything about it is amazing. My husband and I always entrust the servers to give recommendations on wine. We love to get the charcuterie boards and usually pair it with soup and dessert. We love to pick out one or two cheeses and let our server decide the rest. We haven’t had many of their meals, sometimes we get appetizers, the crab cakes were perfectly cooked on our last visit. I also really enjoy their tiramisu, it’s a huge piece so we’ll share half and bring the other half home. My husband loves the French onion soup, and I love the lobster bisque. They often do events like special meals with wine pairings, and they usually have live music on the weekends. If you make a reservation note that you could end up inside or outside. This isn’t really a spot for large groups, it takes away from the experience, I wouldn’t come here with more than 4 or 6people (even 6 seems like a lot for this establishment). If you don’t have a reservation, sitting at the bar is always a great experience.

What's not to love? Complexity offers phenomenal food that adds seasonal options just to keep it exciting and new yet, still maintaining a fantastic staple menu.
And of course, there's wine here for every pallet!

I highly recommend the brussel sprouts with bacon as an appetizer, and the honey dusted salmon or the beef bourguignon are fantastic main courses. Equally great!!

Lovely restaurant! I got the sweet salmon, and I enjoy the taste and the meal portions are perfect. Amazing potatoes (sweet and soft), and the asparagus tasted fresh. 5/5 would come again. Probably with a date or a group of friends. Love the staff!

Lovely wine bar! I had the white wine flight, Chardonnay, Viognier & Pinot Grigio. Great tasting. They have a wide selection of whites and reds. Food is also very good. Had a charcuterie board with very delicious cheeses and meats. Awesome place for a night out with the girls!

I've been wanting to visit this restaurant since I relocated in October and was staying in the hotel next to it. They have all kinds of fun foodie events, classes, tastings, brunches, etc. This was my very first visit and they did not disappoint. I had joined their newsletter and decided to try their Valentine's 4-course meal with wine pairing.

I went the evening before to pay and choose my items for takeaway. I'm not ready to eat in public and was happy for the choice. I chose the beet salad, crabcakes, prime rib, and brûlée cheesecake with a heart-shaped macaron. I liked everything!
The pics do not deceive, very tasty all around!

You could do just the meal for aound $52 and add on the wine pairing for $30-something. I thought it was very reasonable, especially for the first big holiday after everything opening up in Cali. Their Sunday brunch was already sold-out, otherwise I would have tried that as well.

The wine included the following:
Grüner Veltliner for the beet salad, Sauvignon Blanc for the crab cakes, Syrah for the prime rib, and Ben Ryé for the dessert wine.

Bonus: the staff is very polite and professional. They seem very happy to work there and to assist you. I look forward to my next food and drink palate adventure with Complexity! When my family comes to visit, we will definitely be going here. It was such a treat!

I had the Dark Sea Pasta paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon, because I love my Cabs over the usual pairing of a Pinot Noir or a Bordeaux. The meal was fantastic. I'm a pasta lover, and the noodles were cooked perfectly and I loved the slight tomato flavoring to the dish. I also am a seafood lover, so the shrimp and mussels were excellent, and I'm glad they added a sufficient amount to the dish. At first I thought a salad would've been better than two garlic breads, but the garlic bread was delicious too when eaten together with the dish. I would've still appreciated a salad, because the noodles and bread were a lot of carbs, but it was so delicious, I wanted to give 5 stars. It's not a dish I would order often though, because I'm on a diet. Would definitely come here and order it again on my off diet day.

Wow! The Antelope Valley is so fortunate to have this wine bar. The wines are from mostly boutique wineries and have been selected for their unique experience each glass can provide. My husband and I have been on a journey with each grape variety and we have never been disappointed. The staff and owners are so knowledgeable of their menu and simply provide an enjoyable experience. We have been doing the wine tastings classes on Thursdays and we are grateful for Dan and Audra making "wine" fun! I encourage all my friends to try this fabulous restaurant!

B.E.A.utiful little spot in Lancaster. Service was amazing, especially since we aren't too familiar with the wine scene, our server definitely had good recommendations! The atmosphere is nice and some Saturday nights they have live music! 4th year anniversary celebrated here! They made it easy for him to reserve and had the table set up beautifully too! Will definitely recommend to anyone in the Antelope Valley looking to taste some delicious wine and cheese!

Enjoyed the bubbles class of champagnes! Wish the class continued as I enjoyed learning the process of how champagnes are made. Been coming to various events for quite some time and the owners are so sweet!
