Complete Computer Care

I needed a bootable USB stick with the latest version of Linux Ubuntu. I spoke with Mike and he was very helpful and accommodating. He had the stick ready for me in less than an hour and was charged exactly what I would have expected. I called two places that were slightly closer to where I live and both of them had an excuse as to why they couldn't do it immediately. One place told me they wouldn't be able to see until tomorrow and the other said they wouldn't be able to get to it until a little after noon. Thanks Complete Computer Care. A+ from me. I would highly recommend them.

I own an old laptop and the keyboard needed replaced. Sadly to replace the keyboard needed to do the touch pad too because it was all in one piece. They managed to fix it by doing a modification and they did an excellent job of it. Also they didn't just throw away the old parts they salvaged the old parts and gave them to me so I'd have spare parts for the keyboard in case I break a Key. They were very helpful and fixed my computer MY way. They keep in touch and gave me the choice as to how I wanted it fixed. Unlike other places this store is very customer service friendly as it should be. I will be going back there to shop or get repairs done other places I have gone to around here are not as customer friendly. So I give these guys double thumbs UP. Thanks.

Competent, helpful, friendly. That about covers it. I used to do custom systems for NASA and myself, so I recognize when people know their stuff about computers. I recognized it here. They did a fine job diagnosing and repairing my system (dead SSD).

My business and family have used C^3 for years. Dan has run the business very ethically and technologically proficient during this time. There literally is no problem they can't handle. Bear in mind they do not work on tablets, but they handle advanced servers with security appliances down to fixing that poor windows XP computer you have for a specific game. They can remote into your computer and help as well.

Always a pleasure. Anytime I need a day-of computer part, they have it. Moreover, they're usually the only place I can find in the AV to have it. They're friendly, they know computers, and they're passionate. Their prices are a little higher than Amazon, but they're worth it.

I went in there with the use fan that I had just taken out of my laptop to see if they can look at it and they took the time to check it out shoot some lubricating it with the hopes that it might solve my problem. They're very helpful and by the looks of their shop it looks like they know what they're doing!
