Had our belongings in storage there for about two years and no issues. John was always helpful and easy to work with. Had a minor issue with the gate but that was quickly handled. Place was clean and easy to get in and out of. For the price per square footage you won't find anything cheaper. I would recommend anyone having to store things this is the place to be.

John is a very professional owner. I have been storing here with out a single issue for over a decade. If you want a safe place to store anything and know that it will be as safe as in your pocket. This is the place to keep it. I have left things in plane sight under a box truck and have always come back to it right where it was. Very well guarded. Trash never allowed and it is well monitored I have had men drop a box and I have gotten a call within minutes. I like that kind of control. Thank you for all the great work. Look forward to never leaving.

This is a rating as far as their actions as selling vehicles that were abandoned or stored...They do not seem to encourage inspection and won't let a potential buyer even attempt to start a vehicle to know if the engine even runs or not yet expect full market price! This is not the way to sell a mechanical item! It should be sold as non working if you are not able to start it or even allow it to be tried! It really looks.more.like.the engine may be blown or bad and they do not want the buyer to find out, until after they have paid! **update in response to owner's reply to my review* It is a fair review and you are selling vehicles on eBay auctions. Whether you are an actual dealer or not is irrelevant as you are acting as a dealer and selling vehicles...in this case, a diesel motorhome. Nobody even mentioned a test drive or removal and the auction did say keys were present but would not allow any attempt to start said vehicle until after payment! What this says is the motor is inoperable and anyone who attempted to start said vehicle would realize this. Every vehicle that is up for auction does allow for inspection prior to bidding, which normally does include starting...no auction allows for test drives due to insurance...well aware. Not even a question here or mentioned...This review is to give any potential buyers a heads up to know they may not be able to really inspect a vehicle or item prior to purchase as they want you to buy it first. Not normal. Not the way it works. Not my first rodeo...
