Great service, they handled everything with kindness and compassion. Joey was exceptional. He made a very difficult situation much better. If there is a family in need of their services, I would recommend Haley Olsen without reservation.

I chose Halley-Olsen to take care of my grandfather for many reasons. Their professionalism in completing paperwork and speaking to my family, their friendliness and care throughout the entire process, and the cleanliness of their offices and facility. I’ve seen their work many times due to my professional occupation and I trusted them to handle the disposition of my beloved grandfather because I knew I could count on them. Their prices are also very fair.

They were excellent Aubrey and hey staff were caring, respectful and understanding of our needs for my beautiful granddaughter . His knowledge and care in talking with our family offering such tender care to all of us. He anticipates your needs and also explains the process in such a compassionate manner. At such a devastating and overwhelming time the people at Halley Olsen Murphy Funeral Home gave my family and I peace and comfort in making arrangements for our loved one. Laying my stepdad to rest must’ve been one of the hardest things we have gone through in life. Planning arrangements during the height of the pandemic this summer was beyond difficult, so to have people who genuinely cared about your family, and who were there for you every step of the way is beyond special. That we were able to host the car club at the funeral home is something we will never forget. I cannot stress how nice and caring the entire staff is from top to bottom. We had the best communication and they took the time to take care of every single detail and accommodation we asked for. We cannot thank you enough, Mark, and the entire team at Halley-Olson, for your professionalism and friendship.

Halley Olsen provided great services to my late co-worker/friend's family during an obvious difficult time. They were very warm and patient, they no rock unturned. Thank you for a job well done.

Had a good experience despite the circumstance. The staff was accommodating and professional, very organize. The venue was appropriate and staff made sure we have everything we need. Clean and spacious.

This past nov of 2023 I had a family member pass away siddenly.Mark at Haley olsen Murphy on cedar was recommended to me by Desert lawn cemetery. Mark was such a blessing. He was exactly who I needed to help with the funeral service. Most times if I had a question or added information to pass on he was there. If he wasn't available I'd leave a message and as soon as he could he'd call me back. You will have a sense of peace in your time of need with Mark and the staff. I highly recommend them.

I'm glad we had Joey during this time. He made such a difficult time easy and pleasurable. He is experienced and has a calm and caring energy.

Death isn’t easy and neither is making arrangements for your loved one when they pass. Halley Olsen Murphy made the process much more bearable at such a difficult time. From the beginning I felt very comfortable dealing with Mark to come up with a plan who then handed it over to Joey to oversee the details and carry them out to perfection. Their compassionate handling of everything we asked of them made us know we had made the right choice! I am beyond grateful for them.

When my husband passed away a few weeks ago, I was introduced to a very caring and compassionate staff. Mark went above and beyond to help me make difficult decisions and never once rushed me about it. His calm demeanor helped put me at ease. My husband was well known at Halley Olsen because he was a minister in the Catholic Community and did funeral services and Vigils at Halley Olsen for over 21 years. I knew he would be treated with the utmost respect as we all were. I can't say enough kind words about those who have helped us as we grieve. If I could give them more than the 5 star rating I would. Mark took care of everything we needed in a timely manner to make our family comfortable with the process and it was all perfect.

Ashley was amazing helping us make service arrangements for my mother. She was always available via phone/text/email and was quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Richard was extremely gracious in his demeanor when he arrive to transport my mothers body after her passing. Jenny was extremely helpful in providing all the pertinent details of aftercare needs. Elizabeth was also very understanding and flexible with aftercare support.

The location is very elegant and can be modified easily to meet your service needs. There are also lighting, video, and sound capabilities available to make it a little more individualized. We were able to go in an hour early to set up everything we needed. The day of my mom services, I was concerned about the time restraint but the staff reassured me that we were in no rush to get out of there and that was greatly appreciated!

I hope I will not need to plan another funeral or celebration of life for a very very long time. But, when that time inevitably comes, I will not hesitate to return to Halley Olsen Murphy.

My younger brother passed away very unexpectedly, and we were heartbroken, dreading to go inside the funeral home. A very sweet staff greeted us, and they offered us water, coffee, etc.; we then met Joey, who is amazingly patient and goes out of his way to make the process of your loved one's service everything you want it to be. My mother didn't want my brother's service in the funeral home. She wanted him present at home one last time with all her children. Joey made those arrangements possible and went out of his way to ask if it could be done. We have a beautiful family home, and it was intimate and very personal. They brought him in a lovely casket in a very nice hearse and dressed him in a suit, and it was only close family present. The drivers from the drop off to pick up were excellent and very sweet and patient. I could go on and on, but I will start crying. So I'm sorry; if any of you ever need a place to help you with your loved one, we recommend you give them a call.

Everyone was so helpful and understanding. It made a very difficult process a little easier on myself and family members. I would recommend them to everyone.

Unexpectedly simple experience.
We worked with Joey @the mortuary and he was so kind and informative. He made the process very easy, able to accommodate all of my requests. There were no pressure tactics.

The aftercare program they offered was handled by Cherisse Goodrich. She was helpful as to what I could/should do going forward. She even sent links to forms I may need.

The most professional I have ever seen used with my mom in 2019 had no problem with using them again for my baby sister
