A hidden gem. Simple and clean with a welcoming environment. I loved the rice and beans. But my favorite was the mexican nachos. I could have eaten that all day! It was gone before I remembered to get a photo. Lol! Wholesome, authentic mexican fare with great service. I felt at home.

We're always welcomed as soon as we walk in. And there's never a wait to be seated and the servers are always attentive to their customers.

There is plenty of parking.

Highly recommend this place. Especially if you want delicious authentic Mexican food.

When you just need some tlc and great home cooking. Secret jewel in the A.V. . Cozy restaurant with a mighty menu. Always a pleasure to dine in. Eatery hours exceptional. Dinner after 8 p.m. never a problem.

My wife and I got some food to go so this review is strictly about the food. We order the alambres and soft tacos w/ al pastor, and both meals were delicious. They even gave us some chips and salsa to go, which was also delicious. I liked the alambres a lot more than the al pastor tacos, but both were awesome.

My son and his fiancée brought me here to experience authentic Mexican food with a family atmosphere. I was NOT disappointed!! The food was fresh and extremely well prepared. I felt like I was in my aunt Lupe’s kitchen again eating her food she loving prepared for us as children! 5 stars all around! Great food and even better service.! I highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing meal experience.

The best mexican food in AV .I like the way they made the delicious Mojarra plate whit a homemade garlic sauce ...also in a cozy clean environment
and for you to know they use the most expensive steak cut ..flat meat for carne asada and milanesas

First time eating there and my first great impression was how nice and welcoming the staff/owner was. The food was delicious!! Hands down the best I’ve had in a while around here. I had enchiladas de camarón and they were so good! I left no crumbs lol. My husband had camarones a la diabla and a tostada de pescado and he says they were really good! Service was 10/10 I would definitely go back!

The food is so good here! I've gotten fried shrimp + a gringa and it was all delicious! :D

Eating here makes you feel like you're eating at a relalative's house. You feel so welcomed and the servers are so friendly! Definitely recommend eating here.

This is by far the best Mexican food in town!!!
I took my family and it was our first time there, we were greeted by the nice lady, very friendly and attentive to serve and anything you need.
The food is PERFECT, the beans are true refried beans, not out of the can like the other places, each plate that we ordered was with beans, rice, one was with Chile relleno which is finger licking good,
The plate of carne en Chile rojo wow!! The flavor is great.
The mojarra was fresh and tasted great,
The place is small but cozy, and the prices are a little high but once you taste the food, it’s well worth it!
Usually I don’t leave great reviews for other places, I say it like it is, and this place is definitely great and we are happy to have found out about it.

Great little mom and pop shop. Food was good but service was excellent! Tried the fried ice cream and it was delicious!

Got a chicken taco/cheese enchilada combo and bf got the beef enchilada combo. All of the good was excellent. The taco shell was crispy and slightly charred, nice crunch and flavor. Plenty of chicken and cheese plus the salsa is very flavorful. Bf said the beef enchiladas were also very tasty. They included chips too. We will def. be going back, this place is great.

Small restaurant with tons of flavor and exceptional service. Love coming here when we are in the area. Highly recommend if you haven't been here yet.

The food is good here. When you order fountain drink you get one refill. My son loved the chicken enchilada and i thought the chili verde plate was good. My husband had the fried tilapia and that was good too. The restaurant is small. There is no handicap entrance. The parking can be limited. You can't really see the restaurant from the street unless you were looking for it.

Had a very nice dinner here with friends while our kids participated in a soccer tournament. The service was great, as was all of the food. If we are ever back in the Lancaster area, we will certainly visit again. It is a small, family owned restaurant located in a strip mall across the street from Home Depot, so you will need to keep your eyes open to find it.

Friendly service. Quick order to table time. Small environment but clean and authentic! Food was spot on with delicious flavor and texture! Salsa had the whole family ready to purchase the 32 oz. to take home. Tacos were jam packed. Our go to Mexican restaurant when we come to Lancaster/Palmdale! The workers went above and beyond to make us feel at home, welcomed, and valued!

Best Mexican restaurant in AV. Small family owned business for 25 years using fresh, top ingredients. Not one meal we've tried was bad. All always fantastic. Many regular customers. A must try.

I travel a lot for work and eat different things in each city. Today I wanted Mexican food and came across this on the internet. Food was legit. My own mother couldn't have made the food any better. I wasn't even hungry and I ate my whole combo plate. Would recommend to anyone in the area to at least try.

Oh my goodness! I was suspicious at first glance, but the food is so tasty! I ordered the Enchiladas with sour cream and guacamole and was amazed. I decided to try it based off of Google reviews, and they didn't disappoint!
