Excellent seminar by Kevin Von Tungeln and got an appointment right away and it was such an easy process with Sonia Chan Lee and my contact with Bryan Guzman and Miss Maggie was a pleasure. We just finished signing our Trust with Andrew this week and have such great peace of mind knowing our family is now protected from probate and the government taking more than their share. The process took some time but we started by going to one of their free seminars, we brought my in-laws too, and learned a lot about the probate system in California. I have been a client of Thompson | VonTungeln for nearly 16 years, After my mother's death, they handled her estate and I realized it was very important that my own estate planning must begin. Mark Thompson and members of his staff were extremely helpful and walked me through the various options available to me. I drove from the San Fernando Valley to Lancaster to work with Thompson/Von Tungeln for my family's living trust because this is the firm the my step-father used 30 years ago and just recently to update his revocable living trust. I was initially impressed with their professional, detailed and sincere completion of his trust, (and needing to have this process done myself after putting it off for too many years). I decided to have them complete this process for my families ease of transition of assets to avoid California's lengthy and complicated process of probate. Once again, they provided the type of professional legal service that I knew that I could trust. I will recommend them to my family and friends in the future.
