Rented a 6' x 12' enclosed trailer to haul some furniture. They were able to secure our reservation easily and were friendly on the phone. Everything went smoothly and the people at the drop-off location were very friendly and easy to work with. Prices were pretty fair for the equipment and distance we traveled. Overall we were very satisfied, and will most likely use them again if we find ourselves in a similar situation.

My key was left in the other location on 10th and West of Lancaster, CA and it was sunday the guy who gave me truck from 10th West Location was not picking up my call. Later I went to J street Location and there was Steve guy. He was so good to help me and sent a person on sunday who make keys. That person came and opened truck with key code on my contract and helped me go on time for my flight from LAX. I really appreciate Steve who was super supportive even the truck was not rented from his location.

Great services today. Manager Andy and receptionist Jessica excellent fast and friendly hookup of my car trailer. Very smooth hookup and off my son and I went. Reasonable pricing and I highly recommend this Uhaul Rental Location as also easy access and full hours til 7 or 8pm. My 👪 family is in good hands with Uhaul!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Rented a truck for a 24 hour move and it was very smooth and stress free. Vanessa was amazing. She was professional, friendly and efficient. She explained everything well and made the rental a breeze. The truck was clean and functioned well. When returning the vehicle, I had the same experience with Peter. The staff was great and the entire rental experience was awesome!

Reserved a uhaul truck for same day pick up. Have after hours returns. Decent price. Just wish it was unlimited miles!

Very helpful and the price was Great

Haven't rented a Uhaul in a long time and probably will never again. It used to offer unlimited miles, now at 70+ cents a mile and gas prices the way they are, you'll be better off using a friends truck. $19 dollars a day advertised but after all of the add on fees you'll be looking at double that.

The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The truck was clean, though a little low on gas, but that was quickly remedied.

Jessica was extremely helpful to us when our uhaul broke down. She got us a replacement one with no issues. Very grateful for her

I love that they have a sample storage unit in their store. It is extremely helpful to walk inside them to understand the space you need for your moving or storing capabilities.
I couldn't rent from them though because they were full.

Easy pickup and drop off process

I love how they have a drive in parking garage in the back where you can load or upload your vehicle, regardless of the weather conditions. They even have carts you can use to help make it easy to move your storage items. There is also a place where you can donate unwanted furniture items so others can pick them up.

The help I received both between the corporate office and the location itself worked out to be very reasonable. I had to drive to Burbank to pickup the car hauler so they refunded a substantial amount because of my troubles. Will recommend U-Haul over all other tow/Haul companies.
