An excellent team of professionals. They were our second choice when our first choice turned up looked at the heater didn’t test anything at all and said oh it’s shot you’ll need a new one $5000. We can have it here tomorrow. Something just didn’t sound right so we called Econo West who reviews before they came out within two hours ran test on the system and discovered that it was a blower motor and a fuse. Could not be happier with these people. Wonderful to finally meet honest, individuals and business not just to make money but they treat their customers right.

Excellent service all around. I sent an email request this morning for a free estimate on a furnace replacement. Received a phone call from Erika who was so courteous and sent a technician out right away. Richard showed up and with great enthusiasm. He was full of knowledge. He made me feel at easy especially when they could do same day service replacement. He then called in another technician Donald who brought the new furnace and replaced it. My home is nice and warm because of Econo West fast and reliable service team. Thank you so much!

We had a miscommunication between our original technician and us that immediately was resolved by the owner himself. The owner is very hands on and took care of everything . Cody is a great technician! He installed our heating/air conditioning unit last year, and did an excellent job!! He is so friendly, and personable, and always answers all my questions completely. Absolutely recommend Econo West, my heater stopped working Christmas Eve. Long story short, I tried to do it myself. The issue was beyond my capabilities.

Econo West is the company I go to for HVAC and plumbing services. They are responsive when I have a project or a problem. Their prices are reasonable, and their work is good quality. When they installed my heat pump, they had to get creative to fit it into the space available.

Econo West replaced my furnace. Extremely experienced, and at a good price. Left my garage cleaner than when they came in. Re-did the insulation and even gave us a new thermostat. Angel and his guy knew what they were doing, went right to work, took no breaks and were done fast. Most professional business I've used in the last 5+ years. Very satisfied.
