Omg. I love Dr. Bilal Shammout. He made a root canal pleasant. Who could imagine? I cannot say enough about his professionalism, skill and knowledge. The team that supports him were welcoming and attentive. I would give this facility a rating of 💯. I am very thankful for the amazing care I received.

The entire staff is amazing and caring. My son has medical PTSD, they explained everything, made sure he was comfortable, asked if he needed a break, took their time, and showed empathy.

I was here with another child. Again amazing staff who care. Dr. Shammout provides the most PHENOMENAL care. The comfort of his patients is unmatched.

came in as a referral from my dentist for 2 root canals. the team is very kind and patient. i was very nervous because it was my first root canal. the dental assistant and dr were very communicative and transparent with everything that was happening.

i also told my friends that i was getting a root canal and they told me to expect pain. i felt nothing. actually i was about to fall asleep. the dr was quick and skillful. you can tell they do several root canals that they got their process down.

i wont have to worry about my second one since i had a wonderful experience with the first. highly recommend this dr.

Dr. Shammout not only has excellent skills but also was very detailed in his explanation of what was going on throughout the whole process. The entire staff was very professional, proficient, and friendly. They made me feel at ease and treated me like a patient and not just a number passing through their office. I usually don't write reviews so here we go.....I was recommended this place for my root canal and saw a review similar to how I was feeling. I was in serve pain with an infection I wanted to pull my tooth out or just die. It was hard to find another place that would do my procedure asap. They made it so I can get seen quickly. I called in so much pain and crying while trying to make an appointment. Janette handle my issues with professionalism and compassion. She gave me tips and advice which helped me through the healing process. One of the things she advised me to do is sleep sitting up. It sounded and felt uncomfortable at first, but it helped me not feel a sharp pain in the middle of the night. The dentist Mr. Shammount made me feel comfortable he had good communication with me on what steps he was making throughout the process and it seemed like he took his time making sure all the infection was out ;-). In the process, I heard two nice songs I added to my playlist when I got home :-). His assistants seemed nice, sweet, and chill and they were attentive while working. They don't accept medical but they worked with me since I got seen and the operation is done on the same day which was cheaper than the other quotes I received I was in excruciating pain with high anxiety and stressed out. I have a check-up coming up so will see how my tooth has been since the procedure but so far so good. I feel so much better and I was blessed to find them. I hope they can help you too.

My first visit to the Endo in my entire life has been so great. The staff is so accommodating. Dr. Shammout is so great. He explained everything before the treatment and he is so precise. I will definitely go back for the other tooth for RCT. Highly recommended.

The staff are nice and helpful and the office is clean and well kept. The Dr. I saw was friendly and talked me through what to expect with the root canal treatment he suggested I receive. Amazing office! Front staff is wonderful and always so helpful. The dental assistant is excellent made sure my son was ok the entire time. He asked a lot of questions and she answered every question. I had a root canal done here yesterday and everyone was professional and nice. I experienced no pain at all. Dr. Shammout did the procedure. I went back to my regular dentist to be prepped for a crown and he thought the root canal was done well.

Had a cracked tooth and needed a root canal as soon as possible. They got me in the same day, completed a thorough exam, clearly explained the situation and then completed the root canal with incredible precision, efficiency and professionalism. The Doc explained everything. I went in extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the procedure; however, the procedure could not have gone smoother. Thank you. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and great attitude of Everyone there. Christma, at the front desk, is 100% AWESOME. It's nice to walk in to a scary situation, and be immediately comforted by a warm smile, and caring attitude like Christma has.
