Burns Prescription Pharmacy

This is ABSOLUTELY the best pharmacy I've ever been to! I've tried them all and in several states. None really stood out though. Every staff member from the front to the back is extremely professional, they know their job perfect, and keep you informed. I especially love that they greet me by name, it has a real mom and pop shop vibe and it's always a pleasant experience. They don't get enough credit. I started going here about a yr and a half ago and I can definitely say they go above and beyond and I appreciate it. Lately I've been struggling and needing my meds sooner than the text and I hate that, but, they still work with me and get them ready as soon as possible. Thank you all so much!

I don't understand all the bad posts. This place is pretty much everything I like about a pharmacy. Quick prescription filling, convenient, and good parking (in back). And it's got this kind of home like feeling. I like it

I’m so very appreciative for Burns Pharmacy. Every time I have to request prescriptions, rather refills or if a Representative from Burns Pharmacy have to contact the prescribing Physician, the order gets done. Not only does it get done, it’s done in a great timely manner. Also, if the prescriptions are faxed to Burns Pharmacy, they are on it right away. I love the fact that when I have to pick up my order, it’s calm and not crowded. Though it’s not a “HUGE” commercial pharmacy, Burns Pharmacy and all the staff members make you feel like you are a part of the Burns Family. I would refer all who are in need of a pharmacy to Burns Pharmacy.

This pharmacy is always so quick and the people who work there are always happy to help you and take care of you to the best of their ability every time. The manager is always on the floor and is there to help if there's a problem she normally deals with it personally and gets to the bottom of it within a few minutes, she's amazing. I have never had a problem getting a prescription there and even if they don't have something in stock they'll order it for you and have it ready for you the next day due to the fact that they get shipments every morning. I highly recommend this place.

I have been with BURNS Pharmacy for 3 years. The Pharmacist's are extremely Professional and the Customer Service is excellent. One of the reasons I switched is because of long lines at Chain Pharmacy's but not at BURNS Pharmacy. I have never waited for my prescriptions more than 5 min and they have Free Delivery which is very important. I would like to Thank Burns Pharmacy staff for their Outstanding Service to our Community. I highly recommend them.

I know there are some bad reviews for Burns, and I can't imagine why, perhaps they just got one bad person on a bad day but I love this place. They have always been helpful and nice, and have always been very personable. I used to go to CVS but after having major issues with them I finally moved to Burns and I couldn't be happier. Easy to call and fill in prescriptions and easy to talk with. I have yet to get someone on a bad day and I have yet to get that "bad apple" of the group.

This is the ultimate pharmacy also having medical supplies like wheel chair rentals, handicap grab bars or rails for bathrooms being just a small example of products they carry. Large friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. I desire dealing with knowledgeable staff and for the convenience and time savings they give me. The internet is no substitute for what they have to offer!

It appears that they're slow but in reality they've got many customers plus what gets called in to service. So they have many customers that put their trust in Burns Pharmacy. They get a 5-☆ from me, it was worth the wait.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now my husband's nana Ann Gaza and Dorothy Robinson it's our family's pharmacy we keep faithful to it for all our prescriptions excellent service this pharmacy takes pride in what they do and always has the patients best interest thank you to all the staff happy New Year &God bless

Fast, courteous service. This is a busy pharmacy, but they work hard to handle customers. So much better than CVS. At closing time, a person came back from the exit door to fill my Rx.

I went here because RiteAid doesn't stock medical supplies, and I needed to get a peak flow meter for my asthma. I was in and out in a few minutes, and they were very friendly.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to in my life and I'm 68 years old the people who work there are so nice the service is absolutely out of this world this is the place to go for all your needs.

Every time that I've gone there I have received nothing but the best customer service no judgment and short wait time I switch from CVS because CVS their employees like to treat people like garbage drug Seekers drug addicts their corporate will hang up on you but Burns nothing but the nicest people working there I love this Pharmacy I even went on Twitter to show CVS the reviews of burns compared to were the reviews of my local CVS which CVS has 28 reviews mainly one Stars Burns has 60 reviews mainly five stars this is what a real Pharmacy looks like I love this place recommended to everybody

Great place and people whom work there. Its been in the AV since the 1950s a good mom and pop pharmacy.

Wow this is a wonderful pharmacy they had my medication i drove to six different pharmacys and could not fill cause they did not have my medication...Thank God this pharmacy had my medication cause tomarrow i have surgery. The staff is very friendly pharmacist where are very kind friendly

These guys always have my meds....wait time is usually 20 minutes and most prescriptions (not pain meds) can be delivered! Wow who else does that...? :)

Best pharmacy in town. Unlike every single other pharmacy I tried (over 20) they weren't routinely out of any of the things I need.
