This place is the best of the best. I love the staff, Gary( love this guy), Nick (very helpful), and Supa Kool, I miss Melissa one of my favorites and all the other staff I didn't mention, All of you guys are awesome. They offer very afforded, reasonable prices and if you need a loan, they give you top dollar. I truly love this place. I drive from San Fernando Valley to this place. If I could give 10stars I would.

Fernando and Melissa are the best! Very friendly, patient, and understanding. They both know the true value of not only customer service but also the value of trust when in need of a helping hand when the financial stresses of life pops up out of nowhere. Melissa always has a smile that can make everyone feel like everything is gonna be alright. And Fernando always go over and behind to provide top notch customer service and is an expert at problem-solving.

This kind and attentive behavior from Maggie made me feel valued and important as a customer. I appreciated her efforts in getting me the best price possible and it showed that she truly cared about my satisfaction. Was super pleased and proud to sell my grandmother’s jewelry here. I went to a jewelers before and I wasn’t happy with the quotes or games they played. This place is legit and the older gentleman who runs the shop is so sweet and honest! Great place!!

By far, the best experience I've had in any pawn shop. Gary and Maggie made the process seamless, fast, and I didn't feel like I had to beg for the money I needed. I appreciate the service I received here. The store was clean, organized, and even though it was close to closing time, I didn't feel rushed. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Been coming here for years , 1 reason is because it’s close to “ downtown lancaster” aka the Blvd area which is where the majority of stores , vendors etc .. are
but mostly because they are easy and friendly to deal with , I usually go in to pawn items for quick emergency cash and I’m in and out fairly quick 9/10 times
They also “ work with you “
for example if your “ loan “ is coming to end meaning you are having days before your last payment date is up , they usually will work with you so if you don’t quite have the full amount at the time of the last date , i overall I been going to this pawn shop since 2017 and never have I had one complain to say about them 👌 10/10

I've gotten so many amazing jewelry pieces here and at affordable prices. They have the best jewelry in the AV hands down. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The service is fast and easy. Over all I've had nothing but great experiences. I have no complaints. I 100% recommend.

Everybody in this shop is/was very personal, polite ND helpful, shoot even the two security guards have great customer service too. Everything in this place is priced well with great quality. Yall get all the stars in my book.
