Came in for a last minute haircut before the holiday, and Britteny stayed late to make sure I was looking sharp. Great haircut, pleasant conversation, clean environment. And you can check in online to avoid the wait. Highly recommend.

First time going here for a haircut because where I’d normally go was closed today. Called and asked what the wait was and was told no wait. I said “thanks, I’ll head over”. I know there’s a list and had I asked to get on the list I’m sure that would have worked but also the app, or just online I could have checked in. It wasn’t a problem, walked in, gave some info to Brittney at the desk and she took me back and cut my hair. Cut was quick but also precise to what I said. The atmosphere is very “sports bar” ish w a good bit of energy. Being first time I got the MVP upgrade for free(which is normally 4 or $5 just can’t exactly remember) that is a nice hot face towel, scalp massage and shampoo, finished off with a quick shoulder massage w a pretty crazy hand held device. NO I don’t usually do that type of thing but next time I just might.. very relaxing and a great cut? Yes a bit of energy and it was getting busy as I left but it still felt chill. Thank you. I will be recommending and going back 🤙🏼👍🏼

Great services and customer service. The prices are very competitive. It's best to get there earlier in the day so you can get in and out before the rush. Also they give great hair cuts. And free ones on veterans day for veterans.

Cut my hair fine. A bit Pricey in my opinion.

Good place to get a haircut. I had really long hair so i was a little nervous but they gave me a good short hair cut based off some celebrity photos. Good attention to detail and nice spa treatment stuff that is free for the first time or it only adds $5 extra. Wait time was pretty short too. Easy to check in online. I plan to go back when my hair grows back.

great customer service, the girl who cut my hair was Yesenia and she was really nice and chill. great treatment, will definitely be going back for another haircut soon :)

5 years later, I still get my hair cut here. Yesenia has cut my hair the past year and she is super quick but also makes my hair look great! Always nice and polite and keeps a conversation. Today, I had someone new since Yesenia was not in. Im very picky about who cuts my hair, so I saw someone with an hour wait so I assumed she would be able to cut my hair the way I like it. Brittney was very professional and took her time making sure she cut my hair right! She cut my hair in increments to make sure I liked how it was shaped. She knew how to keep a conversation going and seemed genuinely interested. She has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Plus, she did a excellent job cutting my hair, definitely flawless.

Thanks again! I will never go anywhere else!

I am very picky about my hair and this place is the only place I'll go to in the AV. I have very thick hair so it takes a pro to cut it and the girls here know what they are doing. People complain about paying alot for a haircut but if you want a quality haircut then you need some cash. Plus the MVP is just nice and relaxing. Keep up the great work girls.

I was very pleased with this venue. My stylist was very polite and professional. Even though the place was packed when I arrived it is obviously well managed and is next door to a Starbucks, I had just enough time to get a beverage and to start drinking it before my name was up. Overall I was happy with my haircut as well.

Been there 4 times in the last 12 months. I went in on the first part of the week each time and never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. I always got there very soon after they open. Gloria twice gave me the BEST haircut of my life, A+! The other 2 times my cut was still an A, much better than any other place I've been to in the last 60 years.They are a bit pricey but then you get what you pay for. I'll be going there from now on. I have no doubts about the skills of the folks working there. They act professionally and seem to be happily into what they're doing. The only minus is apparently you can't pick and choose who you want to do your cut.

My husband comes here all the time and he really likes this place. He believes it's a reasonable price for the hair cut, service is good as well. One thing I just saw reading the reviews was that who ever is replying to these unsatisfied customers is not applying "customer is always right". Of course some of these people are making things up, but as someone who is trying to keep customers coming back you have to apologize and seem like you care because it really looks like you're not taking responsibility for a bad review. Everyone makes mistakes and some may not be made up. It just makes this company look like you're not on the customers side even if they're wrong, but hey what ever works for you. My husband will most likely keep coming back because he likes this place. He hasnt had a bad experience here yet and I hope he never does.

Tried SportsClips for the first time and really liked it. MVP experience is nice, includes face massage and percussive gun machine.

Angie is absolutely amazing! This is the only place around we've found that cuts my husband's beard and hair right! She's very attentive,great work as well as super nice! Will not be going anywhere else!

Had the MVP cut and I must say that it is definitely worth it. The haircut, shampoo head massage, steam towel, and the leave in conditioner left me truly refreshed and satisfied. Pay for the 3 time season pass in advance and you get all that for less than $20 per visit! Come in today.

Quick haircuts when on the waitlist. A little pricey compared to the standard hair place, but a great experience.

I visited on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at about 2pm. Christine, the hair dresser who cut my hair, was friendly. She paid good attention to details. Good job!

I have never been disappointed in the time to get in. They have my preferences on file and check to confirm nothing has changed. Although I know that they have it in their system, it makes me feeel special that they know what I want.

They gave me a nice cut.
