Breathe Yoga of Quartz Hill

I haven't done a day of Yoga in my life before this. Now I look forward to attending Yoga classes offered at this studio. The flow yoga class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings by Laura is something that I recommend for all levels. Laura is kind and provides modifications to a pose to help people of varying experience. She explains every move in such great detail and also reminds you constantly the importance of breathing. She ends the class with a nice uplifting quote.

Update: its been over a year since I moved and I still haven’t found anything like them. They were like family and I still miss them. This place is a gem :)

I feel at home the moment I walk in. Vi and Darren are very professional but are always very personable and kind. In class, I feel free to go at my own pace and feel comfortable with the other yogis. I highly recommend!

Today after practicing yoga at home for around 3 months I got to go to an in studio class today for the first time . Despite not being experienced in “ power yoga” I had a lot of fun . Ben is an excellent instructor , he explains everything very detailed . Poses wise he gives you options or suggestions on various ways to do a pose . Even explained the various types of yoga . Loved it !

I have practiced Yoga for 50 years and this Yoga Studio is my favorite place to be!
