Yikes!!! Patients report referred for weekly sessions and see a different therapist once a month!!

One of the worst medical facilities in the AV. they will pressure you to take flu shots, they asked me about 5 times And they started ramping up their peer pressure on me to take the vaccine after they learned I was being evaluated for mental illness. Absolutely disgusting people, snake oil salesmen to the fullest

Horrible! Makes me regret paying for Kaiser each month I see my check stub with the Kaiser deduction. . . Actively looking for a better and more efficient provider. Sadly my family and I have been with Kaiser for many generations... The AV behavioral health is ridiculously horrible and will cause added mental stress. Go elsewhere if needed.

Called for mental issues. They set me up with a therapist. After a hiatus that this therapist needed to take (with my knowledge) I called to get scheduled back with them. I hear nothing for 3 months, and call to try and reschedule again, only to have this therapist send me nothing to be on time for my appointment and call me a no-show. Then I call to reschedule and hear nothing for another month. Now here's the funny part, I then call to get booked with a NEW therapist, only to have this therapist cancel my appointment the day after I call, only to hear nothing, yet again, for weeks on end. Glad to see mental health is just a joke, as always.
