We were searching for someone to set up our new treadmill as Bowflex wanted almost $400 to set it up,so we called around and couldn't find anyone and then decided to call the gyms in our area to see if they knew anyone but none of them did,so when I called Physical Junkie I was helped out by PJ who referred us to Ronnie who came out two days later and set up the treadmill,I highly recommend Physical Junkie as the place to go to as PJ wasvery kind,helpful and friendly,and Ronnie to set up your Treadmill as he was affordable,very professional and it only took him a couple of hours,Thank You PJ for everything

I was just out to pick up some supplements last minute and this place turned into a whole experience. The staff is amazing, the owner is unbelievably knowledgeable and the private gym in the back is beautiful. Give it a shot, I promise you'll get something great out of it.

I had a great time working with PJ and staff. Our business got to create a virtual tour for them. I also got some expert training in how to lift weights better. It was a fun place. Genuine people. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this place :)

I have known about physical junkie for quite some time, 10 years to be exact. At that time I wasn’t too serious about my physical health or fitness being in my ealry 20s, so I would sporadically drop in the shop. I would buy some protein and call it a day. Mind you it’s the best bang for your buck at 5lbs. For anyone that is constantly on the go ,it is a great way to get some quality fuel in. Save yourself some time and skip the guessing work, head over to the store and see for yourself . Out of all the products I have tried, Pj truly has a great assortment. I know and trust that she has made extensive research before anything hits the floor. By far best experience I have had in a supplement store. Fast forward to now ,I’m in my 30s I have completely shifted gears into investing back into my health and recovery. In the last couple of months I have trained extensively with (the one and only) PJ. The gym is conveniently located at the back of the store. Equipment is clean, and environment is positive. The biggest take away from this gym is not engage in negative self talk. That’s only one of the many words of wisdom I have acquired from PJ. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this place, and will continue to highly recommend. 💪💪💪💪💪

This was my first time at Physical Junkie on a run to get some pre-workout with a friend. As soon as we walked in she greeted us and answered any questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and straight forward in the greatest way, knows the product well. I am definitely going to be coming here, very cool owner and nice place.

I had such a great experience taking a women's self defense class here! The instructors were the real deal and they were patient and answered all of our questions completely. One of my best friends went through one of PJ's bootcamps before her wedding and she had nothing but good things to say about PJ. She also got a rock hard, lean and sleek body for her wedding! PJ... The most honest, true blue, passionate business owner I know. Her knowledge of supplements, nutrition and training is top notch. I've known PJ for over 20 years and I would not and could not recommend anyone else for training, nutrition and supplement advise. Pj here has some great knowledge when it comes to products. She has been in the industry for a long time and seen a lot of the products come and goes and know what works with a great selection.
She also has a badass gym attached to the retail shop.

The owner realy knows her stuff and has been in the fitness/nutrition game for a long time, truly the best! The facility is clean and has sturdy up to date equipment with an awesome atmosphere that gets you in the mood to focuse when your working out, this is the place you've been looking for, check it out!
