I came across this Company about 5 years ago, at that time I had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was so pleasant to work with that I decided to come back again as a returning customer just recently.
The manager Hratch has a great sense of humor, easy going, and professional. He does his best to expedite installation appointments, to say the least he can have work done in turn around time. Having the materials that I choose made everything run that much smoother. I am pleased with the materials and work. My to go Flooring Company.

I came in today to match up flooring that was installed by the previous owner. Hratch was awesome, very professional and friendly, something you don't see much of anymore. He was able to immediately identify my flooring after I brought in a piece of it and I most definitely will come back. I recommend this place to anyone to needs carpet and flooring.

Lancaster flooring is the best and their professionalism is great. They deliver their service on time. I did vinyl and carpet and my home looks beautiful despite needing some fixing. The installment was quick and any problems the company was quick to respond and fix. One of the planks was broken and I called Hratch and he took care of it within days it was repaired.

What a friendly group of people and helpful too. I needed a special item and they looked and found exactly what I needed at a great price. I’ll be returning to Lancaster Flooring in the future whenever I need flooring.

Done in 5 hours! Looks great! Hardwood in living and family rooms and carpet in all bedrooms. Super fast, super nice, $9,000 less than Empire floor and done on a Saturday. Definitely recommended!!!
