City of Lancaster Code Enforcement

Jeep 5-934 Lancaster Code Enforcement driving West on Ave M from 30th E to the 14 Freeway. Doing 70+ in a 60 zone, cut me off on a lane change with no signal because he was trying to fly down M just to hit every stop light same as me. Great look when code enforcement can’t be bothered to drive safely

Every time I have called the City of Lancaster they are rude and act like I’m bothering them. They never respond back or fix the situation. Horrible.

We have reported our neighbor who rents out his house for parties that often play loud music till 2 am then leave trash in our yard, and/or street, gutters and flower beds. To date, chronic nuisance loud noise - code enforcement has not done anything to stop the parties. Drugs are being used even when children are present. We have tried talking to the various people who rent the house, which varies as the house is being rented as an Airbnb etc. yet it has not been successful. We are very disappointed in how uncaring and unconcerned the city of Lancaster code enforcement has handled our concerns. We believe it would be handled much differently if this were their neighbor. Nice neighborhood just bad neighbor and bad city who refuses to help. :(

They have no morals or conscience.

I have a service animal and local gang members were shooting him with metal pellet guns. So I put up a six foot safety fence which is lower than my neighbors on this street.

Code enforcement officer McNut refused to discuss the matter with me. He says I have no right to a hearing nor appeal and said he doesn't care about the dog getting shot.

He only cares about misleadingly making people think that this is Beverly hills out here when it's become gang land Central

They must be terribly understaffed because they do not act on any complaints filed with them regarding code enforcement issues. Just another governmental agency wasting tax payer funds.

they dont help anyone in this office there employees are racist and disrespectful one of there workers named s.o'conner threatened my family with cps over a small water leak and two broken windows

Terrible customer service! Needs a whole new staff to turn this department around.
