Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I visited this restaurant for the first time on Saturday April 27 in the afternoon , I went inside to order my food. I was greeted by a cashier with a nice smile and a welcoming personality. I appreciate a friendly experience from a fast food establishment for a change ... thank you to the manager who also made me feel welcome especially when I left out in a hurry with out my chicken then rushed back in to get it lol... the manager was gracious about it and didn't judge. It was over all great experience... thank you too all the employees, keep up the good work 👏

So I give this place five stars because of the customer service I received from Jessii who took my order. Not only did he have a great attitude but he had a nice bubbly personality which makes you forget about the long wait. As I got to the window I wanted to put a face with the voice over the speaker that took my order and let me just say I was greeted with a smile even though he was taking orders because I wanted to see who was the awesome guy that took my order it was a nice looking, young Hispanic guy😊 most of the workers here at this location is pretty nice but Jessii vibe was just phenomenal! I’ll definitely return back to this location again as long as I get someone taking my order like Jessii did🙂 I love Popeyes chicken so I’m always there two to three times out of the week.

I didn't get her name but in hind sight I wish I had. BLACK lady and she was as beautiful on the I side as she was on the outside. Made sure I got the best deal for my money. Gotta love that chicken from Popeyes 😆

This Popeyes is hot & fresh but the wait time is horrendous. It’s almost worth it though

Went inside to make our order as the drive thru when busy is a massive clusterfluck. The store was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and aware of items that would cause a longer than usual wait time. Ordered 4 Chicken Sand and fries meals and small slaw side. Expected the wait to be about 6 minutes, fine for us, Popeyes is always worth extra wait time, although this location is pretty great at keeping the stock up so short wait times on most orders. My only issue was our fries were in the bottom of the order bag but not in a fry bag. Since fries are not something I order on the regular I didn't have any complaints, the entire order was perfection. As is the norm. Our usual being mashed, mac n cheese, cole slaw, and beans n rice, when we order a large spicy chicken family meal. Our order was ready in a flash and we were on our way. Pleasure to have Popeyes we know we can trust every time. What would I recommend, everything on the menu. It is all delicious. Just be sure you got a good chunk of cash in your wallet, good food ain't cheap. Family of 6 can run upwards of $80. easily.

Outside environment wasn't safe at all, there was a homeless guy asking money aggressively, seems like he was gonna throw things at my car lol but overall it was great experience when it comes about food and customer service

Went in to pick up our Turkey and sat down for a delicious spicy chicken sandwich on brioche bun perfect amount of sauce and pickles. Every bite is perfect 😊

Love the mild tenders! Mashed potato gravy is too spicy for me, so I order it w/o. The mashed potatoes alone, so good! I use the online app coupons so I always find good deals!

The workers are very polite and make sure your order is correct. Very professional I recommend this location as a business owner. Whoever works night hours on Mondays Two Thumbs up.

I changed my review to 5 stars because on this particular evening, the crew went above and beyond. I hadn't been here in a while because of my previous experience. However, the crew stepped up their game, the epitome of what great customer service should be.

Super nice and super friendly people working there!!! This one cashier was so freaking great, he made my day!!! The receipt said the name was Derrick. He was so great and polite I haven't had a cashier so nice before. The food was done fast and on point 🙏🏽. That whole staff deserves everything and more.

I usually have such a hard time when I come here but today Joshua E has been more than a great help today. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, overall he’s the only person I have encountered that has done his job, above an beyond. I received my food in a decent time everything was in the bag. Thank you again.

Surprisingly updated inside. Food was quick and fresh. Service was friendly. I liked the decorations, and the chicken has nice spice, was juicey and extra crispy. It stayed tasty 40 minutes later, when we ate it at home. Will be returning to try more of the sides, the potatoes and gravy and coleslaw tasted good, and complimented the chicken well.

Like the food but I go there once a week but in the whole restaurant there's only two employees have actually been really nice friendly and helpful the other ones give you really bad attitude and make you feel like you're not welcome there the only reason I keep on going to the same place it's because that's the nearest Popeyes to where I live if not I would have went somewhere else just because of the employees

No lobby ordering right now, drive thru only. That line is long and people get upset and cuss at the manager. The whole staff is doing the best they can with the way things are. Please be nice and treat them as you would want to be treated. Enjoy the food, its tasty and very little grease. Portions are huge.

Grrat customer service from those working the line and those taking my order we were offered substitution and food came out hot and quick! I appreciate the service today around 3:30pm

Usually a long line for the drive thru, always worth it though. The food is hot and so far they haven't got my order wrong. Great job guys!

Even though my order was not complete the manager Christina made sure I received my additional order. Excellent customer service. Patience as she will give you Excellent service.

At last after days of driving by and seeing the drive thru and parking lot acting like a zoo I decided to try today. Low and behold the drive thru wasn't bananas. So I jumped in line only two cars ahead of me ordering I'm sweating nervous, but much to my surprise they had the full menu available including the infamous chicken sandwiches. I was able to order two of them bad boys and grab an 8 piece meal with no problems. There was a limit of 5 sandwiches per car though. The drive thru cashier was fast, friendly, and super patient. I'd say I was in the drive thru line for less than ten minutes. The sandwiches were super tasty and the bread was perfectly toasted. I'd say if the line is short definitely jump in it the sandwiches are worth the wait.
