The rep was quick to check me in; the nurse checked me in a bit later but explained reason for the wait and the dr was very thorough and listened to many of my concerns; clean office and professional staff;

Kaiser acted quickly when I experienced sudden hearing loss. Thanks to Kaiser's quick action, my hearing was restored. I am very grateful.

I had to have a colonoscopy, my experience was absolutely amazing. From the preop, to procedure room, to post op, care was delivered with high expertise and professionalism. Highest level of care that I’ve ever experienced

First, the bathrooms are cleaner than anywhere in the County. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. The nurse was ever so patient, helpful and thorough. Dr Desai is a wonderful doctor. He listens, stays abreast of all the newest information, and he is direct. He is also patient and very caring.

Excellent place. butterflies are the theme here so The atmosphere here is so calm and comforting the receptionist was very nice. They also have a Starbucks in here. I love me a vanilla bean. Love outdoor area.

This is Kaiser's Specialty Department: Orthopedic, Podiatrist, Physical therapy, etc. Staff is friendly and caring. Short waiting time for appointments. I go to Orthopedic department, all of the doctors and their nurses are great.

Head and Neck is hands down the BEST department within Kaiser. The care providers are always kindly professional and they provide the great care. I get excited whenever I visit.

Urgent care was super quick. Only took an hour to be seen. It’s very clean with lots of seating. Also has a small cafeteria.

The staff there with Dani, were amazing on March 13th 2023. My twins came in and it was their first X-ray. The staff were sooo kind to both my girls. I really appreciate their gentleness during this experience. Y’all deserve a raise. Thank you for the inclusive stickers. They were sooo happy about the black Barbie’s!

My husband and I are frequently in lab for monitoring of his medication. We find the staff friendly, supportive, and informative. We appreciate each and every one of them.

my A1C was at 13. Dr. Lewenda recommended a plant food diet for me and within 3 my A1C was at 7. Dr Lewenda is absolutely incredible. THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Been going there since they opened. It's always a pressure. The staff is pleasant and the building is nice to see. I hear it is a green building and that it has a lot of extras. I'm happy to have this state- of- the- art architecture here in the AV. But back to the staff and doctors. Never had a bad experience so far. Keep up the good work.

The workers at the check in are very nice and the nurses are sweet also. The doctors pay attention to what you have to say.

I had a good visit. The nurse was very good and caring. Dr was very patient with me and gave good explanations. The desk nurse at the end of visit was exceptional, and kind. Good visit.

Recently, I had bi-lateral knee replacements and my surgeon was Dr. Russell Masaki Odono. My pre-operative care, my surgery and my post-operative care were all superb. I cannot say enough about how well Dr. Odono prepared me for surgery. I believe, after working with him, that is a combination of nutrition, exercise and attitude preparation that makes an enormous difference in the outcome. I am very happy (less than 3 weeks out of surgery) with my new knees. Many thanks to Dr. Odono and his wonderful staff.
