I love their selections of pastries. It varies every time I go in so it's fun to try something different. The presentation is beautiful for each dessert and their flavors never disappoint. I also appreciate their prices as service.
This is my favorite place for desserts in all of Antelope Valley.

I love this place. Best cakes and pastries in town. Service is polite and they go out of their way to personalize your cake. I don't understand many of these reviews. I'm not looking for friendship. I just want to buy something tasty for my family. And I've never been disappointed. Does the decoration on this cake, which is free of charge, look like it was done by rude people!!??? Some of you people need to get a life.

Delicious cakes , a super clean place, a nice atmosphere, the owner, it's super nice. Pastries are a little pricey. Their mango cake it's the best!!

Wonderful pastries and cakes. The best in the Antelope Valley. All of their items are excellent. I have never had a bad item.
However, always check your receipt, because sometimes they add extra items to your order. They will fix it but you have to notice it. They do add the items to your order, you get the items, but you're getting and being charged for items you don't want.

This place never gets boring! Absolutely delicious, EVERYTHING! I've been a customer since 2012, won over by the cakes I had ordered for my wedding. The service was great for me then, and I've never encountered a negative experience to date. I will say that perhaps it may be a slight language barrier that may be perceived or misunderstood as rude. If you're looking for an outstanding sweet tooth fix, Caramel is the place! Reasonable prices, clean environment. Worth every bite.

I took my 2 year old daughter in there and can't wait to take my 12 year old in to get the Strawberry Cheesecake again. My baby loved the strawberry and the cheesecake. So well done she is a picky eater. God job and can't wait to get back in there cause I'm a fan of good cheesecake.

I stopped by because my girlfriend and I wanted a pasty. It's a cool little find. Not many people when we went. There is plenty of spots for parking. The cashier was very nice and pleasant. The pastries were very good!

Great pastries! I bought the mango mousse cake which was delicious. This place is very similar to Porto's Bakery in terms of quality. Only con is the waiting line can be long.
