I have enjoyed the past year of being here. Mrs. Lorena , Mario , & Christina have been a huge help with any issues that I've had had. They are extremely prompt when it comes to maintenence requests as well as any questions ir concerns regarding my unit in general. I definitely recommend moving here for sure!

Woodlands West has been a great place to live. The staff is amazing, friendly and always ready to help. I’ve lived at Woodlands West for almost 2 years. Richard who is a member of the wonderful maintenance team has always been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about any maintenance issues or questions I’ve ever had. Richard is always very kind, patient and gets the job done with great skill.

Management and leasing staff Maria, Jose and Stephanie are always quick to responded with so much care and kindness with any of my questions or concerns. They truly are genuine and amazing people who have made this a wonderful place to call home. Woodlands West is one of the very best places to live in the Antelope Valley. Thank you again!

My partner and I are now able to call this place our new home & Cristina made the ENTIRE move in process extremely easy & smooth for us. She was so helpful and was always available to answer any questions we had. She was truly such a big help & was always so welcoming. Thank you Cristina!

Living here feels like a real unified community. The homes are excellently remodeled with unmatched prices for the area. The office lead, Stephanie has always been professional, available, attentive && fast with requests for satisfied living. Maintenance supervisor , Steve , delivered same day fixes & sources again for comfortable living. Moving here from Quartz Hill has been the best decision ever ! & living right behind from Walmart & Starbucks , w/Target 10 mins down the road. Can’t ask for much more. Jewel find.

So happy we decided on Woodlands West! My fiancé and I went back and forth for a couple of months deciding where to live. We looked at these apartments in the beginning of our journey and our experience viewing them was extremely pleasant. Not only were the homes up to my liking but Stephanie was so helpful and patient with us. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She kept us in loop the entire time. This experience has been extremely positive for us.

Very excited to move here. The Atmosphere is great, we have a lot close to us for all of our needs. Stephanie Bernal in the leasing office was a wonderful help. Very patient and helpful. She made this whole process go very smooth and easy. We are very thankful for all she did.

Stephanie could not have made the move in easier. She is so welcoming and is very good at what she does. I have rented my share of apartments throughout the years and can honestly say this one was the most stress free by far thanks to Stephanie and Jose.

Emily and Maria at the front are amazing! We are returning renters and the application process was a breeze! These women are so efficient at their jobs, making the stress of finding a home minimal. They were incredibly responsive and were able to approve us in no time at all, honestly we were the slowest part of the process and we were still approved in less than 48 hours. They were especially accommodating to the unit we wanted, and with our move in date. Nothing but kind words for the amazing staff here at Woodlands West Town Homes.

We are so happy we found Woodlands West! These are nice clean apartments in a nice area of Lancaster. Stephanie was efficient and knowledgeable from day one! She was always available to answer questions and processed our application within days! Richard our maintenance worker is incredibly fast at responding to calls and fixing things - definitely a plus to this community. If you are looking for a calm, clean and safe community we highly recommend Woodlands West.

Stephanie was wonderful!!! I had a lot of questions and she was very patient and took time to help my sister and I complete our application. She helped us get approved quickly and followed up with us consistently throughout the application process. And get this, they ACTUALLY answer the phone here. 😩🙏 The complex is also really cute and the units have small backyard/patio areas.

I had a great experience for my moving in process at woodlands west apartments with Stephanie. She guided me through the process from the beginning to the day I moving in. I am enjoying my first few hours in my apartment. I recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to go to woodlands West. I would to thank Stephanie for her time and her dedication.

I had the experience moving into these townhomes and it was all because of Stephanie! I was very persistent in calling, emailing etc. because I wanted to expedite the move in process and she answered me promptly every time and was very patient and kind with me throughout the whole process. She got me in smooth and quick and I handed me the keys in less than a week! Stephanie is an excellent property manager and one of the most kindest I have ever dealt with and simply just a sweet person! Thank you to Woodlands West Townhomes and more importantly Steph!

Toured with Stephanie and I can see why everyone in the reviews loves her. She is absolutely fantastic. There are new laundry units, the walkway in one area was being worked on to repair a tripping hazard, and Stephanie mentioned an upcoming project. It's always good to see the money being invested back into the community.

Stephanie and Emily in management were amazing with helping us see and move in to our unit. Steven has been great as well. Overall so happy with moving here. It’s a very quiet area and the neighbors have been very nice!

Stephanie and Maria are the best. I applied to two previous apartment complexes and they both made me wait over a month.Telling me I could move in but never accepted my application. Woodlands West helped find and get accepted to a place in less than a week. If you are serious on getting a good apartment in a good place with good management this is the place for you.

Beautiful, clean and quiet amazing town homes in Lancaster. I would recommend anyone to live here also Stephanie in the front office is amazing! She is quick to respond and on top our rental application the best customer service I ever experienced

Gina Canada and Alex (Maintenance) do an absolutely amazing job here at the Woodland West Community, I literally renewed my lease due to Gina’s hospitality, attention to detail and always ensuring the units are taken care of. She always follows up on any needs that I have and is very responsive to emails and calls. Alex is always smiling and does his work orders promptly and efficiently.

The community is quiet 99.9% of the time and most tenants I have seen are military, business professionals or healthcare professionals. I feel safe here and the only complaint I have is that there is not assigned parking but even with that I still find a space close enough to my unit so it isn’t that bad.

MG properties does an amazing job hiring the right people and the companies attention to detail, community events and followup is superior to any other community I have been to. Thank you!!
