They carry casamiento and this dish was fire. I’m nicaragüenses so nothing is better than gallopinto, but this hit the spot. They have a good cheese pupusa and haven’t tried anything else. Would def recommend and go back to this location. Super nice workers and personnel. Very sweet people

We had been looking for a place to grab some real Salvadoran food in the AV area, so we found this restaurant based on recommendations from locals. We were motivated by their rating on Google too!
This place is so far the best I've been too not only in the AV area but in the LA area so far, their ingredients are fresh and you could taste EL SALVADOR in every bite. (We had yuca frita/chicharrón,empanadas de leche,pupusas,platanos,horchata)
The owners are an amazing couple who couldn't do it any better, the sweetest people with such a kind and humble attitude. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.❤🇸🇻

I ordered pupusas here, although they were busy I waited about 20min for my pupusas to go. They were so good!! Very tasty and full. Definitely will go back and try more food there. Don’t let the looks of this place doubt the food it looks like a little hole in the wall place but their service and food were really good!

The google review was not the first thing on my mind, otherwise I would've taken a picture of my pupusas. I bit into one and I scarfed it down while driving. Authentic, delicious, clean, evenly stuffed. Recently moved to the AV and I hadn't been able to find a good salvadorean restaurant...always mediocre ... These exceeded my expectations. Erica was also extremely welcoming and friendly. I'm picky when it comes to my food.... Especially being salvi... Found my new spot 😊 to all the negative reviews, try them again...they're amazing ...oh and they accept credit/debit cards now

Their drink "Fresco de Ensalada" is the best drink. It's made with a bunch of fresh salvadorean fruit, luv it, I ordered a large cup. Their "Pupusas" are really good too. They have a special sale on "Pupusas" every monday & wednesday I think, you can call & order ahead of time.

Placed a phone order, and the food was ready by the time I got there. Took a friend to have pupusas for the first time, and I believe he became part Salvadoran as we sat there, thus the five stars. Ordered more pupusas when we realized more would be required, and they were prepared quickly while retaining all their tastiness. This is a hole in the wall spot you'll want to check out.

I've had my share on trying many pupusas around the AV. This place however, is the closes authentic food I have tasted. Pupusas are amazing! This place reminds me of home. If you don't like waiting, call ahead and remember to bring only cash. No credit cards excepted.

Love love the pupusas with the curtido and salsa de tomate. Their whole menu is great! Wether it’s dine in or pick up. You can pay with card also! They have TVs and their service is on par with the food.

Honestly the best pupusas in town. Only downfall is that it is they take cash only (No debit/credit). You won't be disappointed from the food. You will, however, be disappointed from the excessive FC Barcelona soccer garbage on the wall. Lol
