I needed to record a property that was transferred to me from six of my siblings. The lady at the window number three was very helpful very patient very professional. I read the reviews prior to my arrival and thought it was going to be a bad experience it was not. Good people working there.

As a wedding officiant and authorized notary to issue marriage licenses, I truly am thankful for this branch. Scheduling an appointment to pick up licenses is a breeze, they are very well organized and the best in LA County. Mobile Notary Sisters thanks you!!

They are open, but only by appointment. I was able to drive over to the office, use the QR code on the sign that is posted on the sign outside , which took me exactly where I needed to schedule the appointment. The security guard and the supervisor were very helpful.while I was standing there completing the form , several people came up and we're desperate for on the spot service. The office was cool and clean. Appointments were scheduled for two weeks out... I got lucky, someone cancelled their appointment and I was able to get helped within 2 days. I appreciated that this office was quick, professional and efficient. I was appreciating that there was not a line out the door where you spend hours in line( like in Lynnwood and Van Nuys). Thank you to the supervisor and security guard for their patience and support

It's been a struggle trying to get my birth certificate elsewhere, I paid a lot to Vitalchek online but got nothing for weeks. I set up my appointment online for the registrar here and I regret giving any money to Vitalchek because my experience here was so good.

The security guard was nice even though I tried to fly in before checking in. He checked me in, told me which window to go to, which an associate was wiping down before I went up. They seem to take sanitization seriously which I really appreciate.

The clerk at the window was very nice and patient with me, even though I had to ask for some things to be repeated. She had a very good attitude and made the whole experience very fast and easy. I had my certificate in my hands in less than ten minutes. I think her name was Billie or Willie, again my hearing wasn't too good but I asked because the experience was that pleasant.

If I ever need to get another copy of paperwork I'll come to this location.

I was dreading having to deal with a government office to get a copy of my daughter's birth certificate. When I walked in I was greeted by a security guard who asked if I'd filled out my paperwork online. I had so he lead me directly to a clerk who took care of my paperwork while engaging me in a pleasant conversation. I was in there less than five minutes. I was pleasantly surprised as you can imagine. The office was bright, clean and the employees friendly and competent. It was hard to believe I was a in county government office.

Once i walked in, seeing it is not a huge over crowded chaotic building that i have come accustom with, was a relief. The security guard is attentive, keeping the line assemble in a orderly manner and taking notice of what people needed to do, for why they were there, before they end up standing in line to long. He was quick on task, very helpful and straight forward. My sorrows of the unexpected death of my deaf daughter was reason why I was even there, thank you for making a necessary task thats basically simple in everyday life, but i was barely getting by. That help and the quick flow of handling of the people, deserves a 10 plus. And would like to add, The lady at the counter was very kind and no rudeness that I've experienced in other districts in government buildings from stressed workers, such as the DMV, so thank you very much for being respectful and not rude at all, or up tight.

EXCELLENT ! "MINDY" is at the front window of this Lancaster Branch Office of the L.A. County Recorder's Office. Mindy is Outstanding in her courtesy, communication, knowledge, helpfulness, and professionalism. Her effectiveness assured that my important record was accurately and efficiently filed with L.A. County. Mindy also has great expertise in knowing the many technical regulations applicable to the many many forms and records which are recordable for L.A. County. Mindy is OUTSTANDING on all measures of customer service. This Lancaster Branch Office is also great because while it does NOT provide all the services which are available at the Main Branch in Norwalk, this Lancaster Office is clean, well managed, pleasant, and less crowded.

It was amazing smooth sailing to pick up my records here, I was prepared for the hassle that comes from most government offices, but the gentleman at the door was a great help, and when I needed clarification, he didn't make me feel foolish. The lady at the window was very professional and quick, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Good job.

Given that you have a plan of action before you step into a government office this office os well equipped and well staffed. The staff is very helpful and informative. I am certain if you treat them as other human beings and not a governing entity they will exceed your wants and expectations.

We were in and out in under 10 minutes to get my daughter's birth certificate. And the fact that you get it the same day is awesome! Plus the lady that helped us was a real sweetheart.

If you have ANY complaints about this office just visit the one in Van Nuys and I'm sure you will QUICKLY thank God for the ladies in the Lancaster District Office. No one is perfect! But, I drove 45 mins PASS the Van Nuys office to get to Lancaster. GREAT SERVICE...quick, professional, and quick. Did I say it was quick?

I had to get a certified copy of my grandson Birth certificate as he lives in Las Vegas NV and is trying to become a police officer for metro pd, he has lived his entire life dedicated to becoming a police officer, I was extremely surprised at how well managed this office is and how kind the employees were from the security officer who showed me where to start and clerk who helped me. great job, my baby is well on his way.

Clean, efficient, and surprisingly friendly. Drove up from Santa Clarita, and way better experience than going to Van Nuys.

We went to 2 different places to try to get our marriage license before going to this office. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. Great experience!

I had the option of going to the LA courthouse and opted for this location even though it was an hour further. Good decision, I was in and out in 10min. And avoided LA traffic!

In and out of there with a certified copy of my birth certificate within 5 minutes for only $32!

Been there twice this year and I'm quite happy! Short wait if you get there early and the staff is actually friendly!
