The people who work at this office are absolutely incredible!
Kind, patient, understanding and amazing!
We found a stray and needed some help so we called their sister vet who gave us their phone number and im so glad they did. Every person we’ve interacted with has been amazing. The techs, front office staff and Dr Bones are great. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for caring so much about animals.

Sears vet hospital is probably the best I found in Lancaster they are very helpful and very polite to anyone. I tried other vet in the antelope valley area nothing I seen is great and I been to a lot of vet in Lancaster. this place should have a higher rank it's better than other vet places I been I'm not going to mention here and they explain everything what they going to do to your pet. it's a shame I should have found this place sooner the staff and doctor are great at what they do it's a little hard to find this place lol 😂 but Sears vet is worth going to. take your pets here try them out they have great prices and a very friendly staff thanks again Sears vet for taking care of my dog buck thank you.

Dr Cheema and staff are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Dr Cheema loves animals and truly cares about your pet. He takes the time to discuss alternative treatment options and makes sound recommendations. In spite of Covid and being overworked, I believe he gives each patient his best.

They always take great care of my fur babies! From simple nail trims to their medical needs, I can honestly count on them for unconditional love, care and support towards my pets. I highly recommend! TY for always providing great service.

In town visiting parents. Was able to quickly get in. All staff from reception, to vet tech (Erika), to vet(Dr. Cassidy) provided exceptional care. Did not feel rushed as they explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely be checking in when in town!

I liked all the touches that show they are concerned about your animal. The doctor I saw sat down with me and listened to my concerns. They treated my dog with care.

A second experience with Sears Veterinary Hospital for my pug Iris. A thorough exam, medication given, next visit in a week, and already she is doing so much better. Dr. Cheema is patient and kind and the animals seem to sense they are safe and secure there. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the facilities clean, you can't help but feel your pet is being cared for by the best. The staff also is patient and works with the pet's "parents" who seem to be more nervous than the pets themselves. The best vet there is.

I took my job in for a check up. And everything was well and I got some really good advice from the docsir. It worked out really well.

Our kitty was very sick. I didn't get the news I had hoped for, but after a 3 day ordeal he is alive, home, happy and comfortable! Everyone there was super sweet. They took a lot of time to explain everything and answer questions. The Dr. is very straightforward, honest, and I didn't feel like I was pressured.

On one of the worst days of your life, having to say goodbye to your dearest pet, the vets and staff at Sears will take great care of you and your pet. They were so kind, gentle, and patient today as we did the hardest thing and said goodbye to our sweet Nick. We are so grateful to everyone at Sears who made this difficult day a little less awful.

I have been going to Sears for many years, have taken most of my animals there, and they have always done their best to provide care, and love towards my animals. They truly care about their patients and their owners. It gets a 10/10 in good animal care❤

I cancelled a couple of times before finally being able to bring my puppy in for his shots. They were always professional and understanding. I really appreciate it when businesses are understanding because things can happen unexpectedly. When I came in, they were super nice and friendly, and the vet assistant saw that I had my hands full with my kids and my super energetic husky, so she offered to take him to get started with his shots and other procedures. Overall a great service and I look forward to continuing to bring my fur baby in to Sears!

My family and I have been going to Dr Sears place my whole life. While the good Dr is retired now, his team of vets and caring office people are still the top notch in the AV in my opinion.

Best place in town to euthanize your animal. They were very caring and patient during our difficult time. The doctor and staff were great at explaining everything.
Bonus: They also have the best prices in town. I called other vets and was quoted a minimum of $410. They only charged me $160. Huge difference.

Exceptional is how I describe the staff and doctor here.. my guy has been going to Sears since he was 5 weeks old.. he gets so excited and happy to see them they are like family... Knowledgeable, helpful, skilled and willing to accommodate to your situation I have never thought to go anywhere else... Thank you Sears.. Also military and senior discounts really help with the budget..

Our big older dog, 143lbs., has a hard time getting around. From Dr. Cassidy to the Vet Techs everyone was caring and wanted to do what they could for our dog. We left with a plan and are hoping for the best. They give you options on what your pet needs and what you can afford. We highly recommend the team for all your pets needs.

I love Sears Veterinarian, they are friendly, helpful, professional and I never feel like they are trying to overcharge me for unnecessary procedures. I also appreciate that there are usually cost options that work with my budget. They are extremely caring and supportive of my aging pets.
