That pesky active steering warning light kept coming on. Not anymore! Team Vic's fixed that puppy. Again, courteous and friendly office staff and great mechanics. Very satisfied! Services performed as promised. Very thorough inspection of key components revealing other necessary repairs needed. Minor issue with my key locks on wheels, but was resolved to my satisfaction. If you have a BMW or MINI, great place to get service!

I’ve been taking my Z3 to Vic for years now. And I always get excellent service. Vic always looks over my car carefully and I never have to worry about unforeseen problems. Vic at Vic's Bimmer is a mechanical genius. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of the car, including A/C, etc. When I first arrived there he was working on a brand new BMW, but he had no problem making my 1990 BMW 325i run and sound like new. I have dealt with many dealerships and mechanics, but Vic is the best ever. Throughout the repair, Vic gave me constant updates. This is the only place I will be bringing my BMW from now on. Also, Jessica, who runs the office is super nice and very efficient. Thanks again Vic and Jessica!!!

As a 13 year customer of Vic’s Bimmer Shop, I continue to be extremely satisfied with the responsive and professional customer service from Kimberly, and also the knowledgeable and quality workmanship of Jose Ramirez. Vic went above and beyond by answering all of my questions thoroughly ,and giving me pros and cons. This shop sent me daily photos, pointing out levels of need to help me prioritize, along with what jobs had been completed! Vic and his team have provided excellent service for my 2003 BMW 330XI for over 7 years. Without his timely response, knowledge, and expertise, I would have sold this car years ago. I trust Vic to solve any problem with the car and provide me with the best advice to economically maintain this car. I have been a customer of Vic’s Bimmer for years. Two mini coopers & a BMW 535i. The people are great & their work is outstanding. They kept my first Mini running like a champ for 10 years & my BMW for 7 years. Now they have been doing an outstanding job keeping my JCW Mini running outstanding. They are my only choice for maintenance on my vehicles.

Fantastic, no nonsense service from the entire staff. No hard sell on services you don't really need. Casual atmospere. Professional advice from years in the business. Complimentary ride to and from shop. Vic continues to build business based simply on building relationships with his customers. He hit a home run with me as did his daughter, the service manager. I've been telling all my friends about the experience and I'm very stingy with free advertising. I recommend to everyone with a European vehicle that's out of dealer warranty. You won't be disappointed.

First time at Vic's, it was a positive experience. The staff was friendly and competent. Everything went like clockwork (in todays world how many times can you say that) and my vehicle is running good. Looks like I won't be going back to the BMW dealership for repairs

I love going to Vic's shop. He and his daughters are so nice and efficient. I feel like I have been knowing them for years. I never worry when I take my car into see Vic because I know he will make sure everything is running good before he lets me take it home. Finding Vic is probably the best thing that has happened to me since I moved to Lancaster. A fan and customer for life.

I've owned a number of BMWs since you first opened; you helped me out more times than I can count! I remember when you saved me a really expensive job by welding the cracked head on my 318 so I didn't have to replace it. I'm out of the area now but I still come by with BMWs for you to check out. Your analysis gives me true peace of mind because I know the true condition of the car.
