February 2020, I contacted my friend and told her. That I needed a hotel as I was going out of town. So she connected me with this wonderful agency and I signed up. So I got on the phone and contacted one of the hotels that I was looking at. They quoted me a rate. Which was a little high. So I asked them to give me the travel agent rate.
