AV Kung Fu and Fitness

I attended their women's self defense seminar last night, and it was a phenomenal experience! Can't recommend highly enough! The instructors are fantastic, and the content was really fun and useful. I had a blast and learned a lot. We did punch/kick/elbow/knee/block drills, learned a couple of techniques, and learned a lot about awareness and the preparation and willingness to protect ourselves. It was a three-hour seminar packed with value. Great energy, heart, passion, quality, and people! Thank you!
