Best cleaners in Lancaster

This may be trivial for some, but to me it's about the principle. I took a pair of whites pants to the cleaners & they were returned with a wide purple line from the hanger which spreaded along the pants leg as it rubbed. When we removed them from the hanger & noticed the discoloration we were shocked! I immediately took them back & was initially told they came in that way. Omg. I was so upset, but I tried to remain dignified in my composure so as to not cause a ruckus in front of their customers or embarrass myself. He FINNALY offered to give it another try. When I returned, they were the same of course, so I asked how could he accommodate me as a customer & he said he already did by viewing an 8 hour footage that was recorded the day they came in, & determined they weren't at fault & that they did NOT come in that way. 🤬 Ok, so what the hell happened then?!! I asked if he could give me at least $20 as they were new & only worn once. He refused. We're not talking about a $300 loss here. Again, it's the principle for me & I just wanted to be made whole. After going back & forth for 10 minutes he stated he only cared about being right & that the damage did not happen there. He did however reimburse me $6.25 for the cleaning after pulling teeth, but I feel like I've been played like a Violin. He stood his ground & I stood mines. I wish I could show the photos here.

The reason for this 1 star review is for the following: the owner the old lady is rude! I get it your location was in the press soo many years ago..I only wanted her to acknowledge the fact that Ive taken an item in for the third time that needs attention, 2nd my shirts were not pressed- creased (attitude already) she went on n said no we never do that all our shirts are pressed okay..3rd the hem on my dress pant was not done only 1 pair got done not 2 like I had requested and paid for.
When I pick them up shes literally calling me a liar for a hem? I paid for it its not like it was free. Oh but wait shes only nice to the deputies not general public. Nothing against the brave men n women serving our sherriff dept n us.It just so happens that at the same time when I was there 2 different officer were in the shop and let me tell u she was extra nice to them and even smiled. Me on the other hand I got attitude! Im all for supporting local small businesses but Id rather drive accross town to a better cleaner.
